We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were great. The location right by the ocean was a major highlight for us. We were so close to the ocean, and we could even walk through the property to sit and admire the stunning view. Additionally, the hotel had parking available, which was convenient for us. The staff were friendly and always made us feel welcome.

There was nothing we didn't like.

Manager Cherry exceptional, exuberant, treated people respectfully, prompt issue handling. Great ocean location for whale watching, sights. Perfect, extremely clean room, spa quality toiletries. Easy check-in, friendly and helpful staff. Quiet, clean, beachfront suite with kitchenette. Wonderful relaxing stay, will return!

The location of the hotel was perfect for my needs, right on the beach. the large grass area with the Labyrinth was a great spot to relax and wander through. the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. I also loved the ocean view from the small deck, it was such a wonderful sight to wake up to.

One thing that I didn't like was that the room was quite basic and lacked some amenities like a microwave and an iron. Another downside was that there was no coffee maker in the room and no coffee available early in the morning.

Waking up to breathtaking sea views, with eagles flying in the surroundings and stunning driftwood art. Enjoyed a healthy breakfast on the balcony to celebrate our 43rd anniversary. The manager, Cherry, was exceptional, treating guests with respect and promptly addressing any issues. The location on the ocean was perfect for whale watching and taking in the beauty of the surroundings. Very clean and friendly hotel, with smooth check-in and comfortable beds. The well-groomed grounds offered great views and the wooden seats, benches, and swings were a nice touch.

The location of the hotel was ideal, with easy access to Prince Rupert and back. The hotel was right on the waterfront, offering stunning views of the ocean. The well-maintained gardens added a spa-like feeling to the atmosphere, with a wooden swing overlooking the ocean, lounge chairs for relaxation, and a cozy propane firepit with log seating for the evenings. The room was clean and tidy, and the staff provided good service.

The breakfast options could have been better.

The location of the hotel is fairly close to the amazing Saratoga beach, offering easy access to beautiful sandy areas for beach exploration. guests can enjoy the proximity to a nice green area that overlooks the beach, providing a scenic spot to relax and take in the surroundings. the location provides opportunities to view wildlife, adding an element of nature and wildlife appreciation to the stay.

The noise from the highway traffic can be quite loud, especially with no curtains or carpet to muffle the sound.

I couldn't believe the value for my money at this hidden gem of a hotel. The room was immaculate and had a beautiful ocean view. The location was perfect, right by the beach, and the staff treated me like family.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast selection better was if they had more variety of pastries or baked goods available.

We had a major disappointment when our reservation for a double room with two double beds was arbitrarily changed by the hotel. They switched us to a cramped single room, assuming I didn't need the space as a single traveler. After complaining, they did offer to switch rooms, but it was frustrating that they messed with our reservation in the first place. Additionally, the promised ocean view on the ground floor turned out to be underwhelming.

One positive aspect of our stay was the proximity of the hotel to the business area. It was convenient for our needs.

Loved the cozy and clean rooms, along with fantastic handmade toiletries that gave the room a spa-like feeling. the lovely views of the sea were simply breathtaking, and the fresh sea breeze that flowed in was heavenly. the close proximity to the beach made it easy to walk down and enjoy the waves.

Checking in was inconvenient for us since we had to do it before 8 pm, and there was no receptionist available past that time. We also found it challenging to lock our room door the next morning as we did not check-in and sign the security deposit paper later.
