Rooms clean, pool area well-kept, breakfast selection varied, staff friendly, WiFi mostly reliable.

The beach location was great and perfect for kids. The staff at the reception tried to help and solve our problems. The customer relations manager was very helpful and offered us a reasonable solution.

Food quality was very low and without taste, even fruits were a challenge to get. The staff in the restaurant were extremely rude and not willing to serve, and the amount of food did not match the number of guests.

I had an absolutely fantastic time at the hotel. The location near the sea was perfect, allowing for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The beach was beautiful and the shallow, clear waters made it ideal for swimming. The hotel grounds were well-maintained and the two large pools were a great addition. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly and provided excellent service.

Despite these minor issues, I highly recommend this hotel. It provided everything I needed for a relaxing break, with beautiful surroundings, excellent food, and friendly staff.

I recently stayed at a beautiful resort with a great layout and spacious feel. The individual small rooms/maisonnettes were spread out like a park, surrounded by greenery and providing a quiet atmosphere despite being fully booked. The rooms themselves were nice, although the bathroom didn't match the style and comfort of the rest of the room. The facilities were good, with two big outdoor swimming pools, one specifically for kids with a fun slide, and direct beach access. The staff, especially at the reception, were friendly and always ready to help. The kids club was a hit with my son, and the international staff were very nice.

Luxurious amenities made my stay unforgettable. The outdoor swimming pool is a stunning place to relax and the garden area is simply beautiful. Entertainment and live performances at night were amazing. Beach access was easy and beachfront dining was an unforgettable experience. Service was always attentive and friendly. Buffet breakfast was diverse and delicious, with special diet menus available upon request.

Sauna and spa wellness centre were not available during my stay. However, this did not diminish the hotel's overall luxurious experience.
