The seafood at Cook and the Butcher? Absolutely divine! Plus, the large, spacious room with a stunning ocean view served as the perfect backdrop to our culinary adventure. We watched sea lions from our suite, making every meal a delight.

Amazing place! The Oceanfront Patio King Suite was spacious with a comfortable sofa bed. Loved the private beach access and kitchenette for simple meals. The view was stunning. I could see the seals from my room. Also enjoyed the hot tub and the indoor pool. Plus, it’s pet friendly. they even spoiled my dog!

The view from our suite was stunning—ocean and seals right outside! The separate living room and kitchen made it super convenient, especially with our little baby. We loved exploring the nearby trails. nothing beats that fresh air. Definitely a highlight of our stay!

My wife says that there should be more kitchenette supplies for families.

my stay at oceanfront suites exceeded my expectations, especially compared to a previous visit to cowichan bay. the ocean view from my room was absolutely stunning, and having a private beach access made it even better. i really enjoyed the hot tub and indoor pool during my time there.

Fans that sound like jet engines in non-air-conditioned rooms are not the ideal way to beat the heat!!! It would be great if smoking policies were enforced so outside smoke doesn't drift into rooms. A thorough cleaning of the pool would be appreciated!!!

The breathtaking ocean view was a highlight, with sea lions visible right from the suite. The kitchenette setup allowed us to prepare meals easily, and the traditional bread served at the restaurant was delightful. However, the lack of air conditioning made the hot nights uncomfortable, and the cleanliness of our room left much to be desired, with crumbs on the floor upon arrival. A grab bar in the bathroom would have been helpful for my elderly mother, as safety features seem lacking.
