our recent summer holiday at a hotel in Ducey-Les Cheris exceeded our expectations. The location was stunning, with a beautiful view of a small stream. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet was innovative, with fresh and delicious food options.

Parking arrangements were inconvenient.

Nothing it is perfect.

The hotel had a spacious parking area, which was a big relief for us. the location was perfect for a relaxing Easter getaway, as it was close to the river and nature trails for a lovely walk. Another advantage was the option to choose from a variety of courses for dinner - it gave us the flexibility to have a meal that suited our preferences.

The room was quite small and the bathroom felt cramped. This was a bit disappointing as we didn't have much space to move around comfortably.

The hotel is located in a charming village with nice restaurants nearby, providing a nice setting for exploring the region. The breakfast offered is superb, with a wide selection of fresh and warm products, and the dining area overlooks a picturesque stream. The rooms are comfortable and clean, offering a pleasant stay. The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to visit popular sights in the area.

There were limited dining options in the village, as all the restaurants were closed during our stay.

I had a wonderful stay at Best Western in Ducey. the staff were welcoming and accommodating, and our room had a beautiful view of the river. We enjoyed a peaceful night's sleep with the window open, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. the hotel also provided a delicious breakfast. This was the perfect stopover before our visit to Mont Saint Michel in the morning.

Couldn't stay longer 😔

One of the standout features of this hotel is the beautiful location. Situated on the banks of a river with a marvelous view of the bridge, it truly sets the scene for a relaxing and picturesque stay. The rooms, complete with tea and coffee making facilities, offer a comfortable space to unwind and enjoy the scenery. The attention to detail is evident throughout the hotel, from the helpful and friendly staff to the homemade yoghurt at breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, the croissants are simply excellent, a delicious way to start the day.

All was fantastic, nothing to improve.

As foreign tourists, we loved the beautiful location with convenient free parking and proximity to all tourist locations in Lower Normandy. The staff provided helpful information on the attractions. The breakfast quality was excellent, and the general ambiance of the hotel was welcoming. The staff, especially the ladies at reception, gave us a fantastic welcome and assisted us with our limited French.

It felt almost like being at home, with no reason to complain.

What a lovely surprise we had during our last-minute stopover on our way to a famous tourist attraction! We found a charming place to stay in a picturesque location by a river. Our room had a fantastic view of the running water which provided a relaxing atmosphere. the breakfast was amazing, with a variety of yogurts and fruit compotes, and the fact that they served it in reusable glass containers made us feel good about our impact on the environment.

Although we had a wonderful experience overall, there were some minor issues that we encountered. the light in the bathroom came on automatically and woke up our partner, causing a bit of annoyance.

a lovely budget stay in a charming village along the river. friendly staff, clean rooms, and delicious meals with excellent wine recommendations. the location was peaceful and convenient for exploring mont saint michel. would definitely go back.
