The room had everything I needed, with a kitchenette, separate bedroom, and a comfy king bed. the pool area was relaxing and the spa had friendly staff and lots of options. the room overlooked a lovely garden area. the hotel was in a great location, easy to access from the main road while still being quiet. the staff were professional and there was a 24-hour coffee station and fresh cookies in the lobby, a nice touch!

I was hoping to have breakfast at the hotel's restaurant, but they only served lunch and dinner. It would have been helpful to have more phone lines to reach the hotel.

This hotel is in a great location, right next to an outstanding restaurant and on a beautiful walking path by the river. The reception is just a short cab ride away and it's not far from downtown. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with fully equipped kitchens and separate bedrooms for a quiet night's sleep. The staff is friendly and helpful, and there are plenty of facilities like a pool and spa to enjoy. The hotel also offers a delicious breakfast to start your day off right.

It can be a bit of a hassle to constantly have to login to the internet during your stay.

During my Thanksgiving stay, we were pleasantly surprised by the warm customer service and the comfortable suite we were given. We appreciated the complimentary hot chocolate in the cozy lobby and the well-equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils, making it a great location for a long stay. the central location made it easy for us to explore the surrounding areas and enjoy the local festivities.

The parking situation was not very convenient as there were limited spots available, causing us to have to park on the street. our key card for the front door did not work, and we were left standing outside without any assistance.

This hotel is outstanding! The location is perfect, right on the Riverwalk and with Canada's top 10 restaurants close by. I loved the room amenities, including the ironing facilities and the tea and coffee facilities. The sitting area and terrace were comfortable and cozy. The dining table was great, and the bathroom was clean and fully equipped. The leisure spa & wellness center with the sauna, swimming pool, and jacuzzi was fantastic. The staff was friendly, and they were always attentive to my needs and enquiries.

I recommend this place to all my family and friends.

What a pleasant surprise! The spacious penthouse at this luxurious retreat was absolutely heavenly. The spa was top-notch, with friendly and professional staff. The beautiful grounds, filled with resident rabbits and soothing water features, added to the overall serenity. The onsite restaurant, Locals, offered gourmet food in a unique, historical setting. Plus, the fact that the resort is pet-friendly was a huge bonus. Highly recommended!

I recently stayed at the Old House Hotel for a 4-night work conference and had a great experience. The room was incredibly comfortable, with ample seating, a well-stocked kitchenette, and a cozy electric fireplace. The bathroom was spacious with a separate shower and tub. The staff were amazing, the room was very clean, and the high-quality soap and lotion were a nice touch. The hotel is conveniently located near central Courtenay and Comox, and right behind it is a waterfront trail for running or walking. I highly recommend staying here.
