I was blown away by the spacious Gaskin suite, with a sunken living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The tower ONE suites offered fantastic views of the city. The rooftop fitness centre was a bonus. I loved the historical feel of the Grand Banking Hall and the convenience of the underground walkway. The events team made planning stress-free. The cherry blossoms at High Park were a delightful surprise. Let the next buzzer be your alarm - a restful stay indeed!

The views of downtown Toronto and the serene Lake Ontario from my room at One King West were nothing short of breathtaking. The contemporary design and thoughtful touches made for a comfortable stay. The surprise hosted 5-hour deluxe bar service was a delightful way to enhance the evening.

The "inner view" room I booked, facing into an enclosed space, felt surprisingly dark—although, as I didn't spend much time in the room, it didn't affect my overall experience.

we loved the little space set aside for a workstation. we did work on our holidays so that was very important for us. location was very good as well. the oyster happy hour on Thursday was also great. and the kitchen was ideal for longer stays. on the 23rd floor so well away from most noise. comfortable bed, reasonable view, and kitchenette in case we had wanted to self-cater. efficient reception. got a gigantic and beautiful suite on the 44th with the most gorgeous view we could've ever asked for! the staff was super nice and always willing to help. the bed was super comfy! loved it!
