During our family visit to Kansas City, we discovered this location to be a great base for exploring local attractions like the nearby parks and shopping areas. We particularly enjoyed the spacious room size and the easy access to restaurants just a short drive away. The garden area was a delightful spot to hang out, and we appreciated the cleanliness of the pool, although it was a bit chilly for my daughter. Overall, the positive aspects of our stay outweighed the minor inconveniences.

Location was fab and everything was spotless! The king room with a sofabed was quite spacious, perfect for our family. Overall, it ticked all the right boxes for a comfy stay.

However, navigating the hotel's layout felt like an obstacle course! And the lack of a restaurant? Well, let's just say it was as misleading as a soap opera plot twist.

i stayed here for a quick stopover and sonesta exceeded my expectations. the staff was attentive, and my room was clean with a lovely garden area outside the patio. my previous stay in leawood didn’t compare to this pleasant experience.

the mini fridge was too small.

This place has a beautiful courtyard with a variety of plants and a fire pit. The pool area is clean and well-maintained, offering a comfortable swimming experience. The rooms are spacious and include balconies. I appreciated the friendly service, particularly from Brian at check-in. Overall, I had a pleasant stay.

The room was stuffy and could have been cleaner!!! The fridge didn’t work and getting additional towels felt like a chore!!! The location had noticeable security issues with vandalism in the parking lot!!! I was also frustrated by the payment issues that arose!!!

This trip was a mix of highs and lows. The friendly staff and comfy rooms made me feel at home. Despite a few hiccups, like the pool being closed and minor cleanliness issues, the peaceful atmosphere and nice garden area provided a solid backdrop for my stay. I felt taken care of by the attentive staff throughout.

i honestly could have given a glowing review if only they had remembered to clean my room during my entire stay. the hair all over the sheets was just a lovely touch. And don't get me started on the pool being cold and uncomfortable. i woudl ve been thrilled if even a hint of heat was offered. pathetic.

Stayed for three nights. The initial experience was marred by inaccurate breakfast information and unexpected parking fees. Additionally, the towels in the room were insufficient for our family size, and it took multiple reminders to get bedding for the pull-out couch. However, the local cakes at breakfast were a delightful touch.

The staff was friendly and the grounds around the hotel were well maintained, which added to the atmosphere. Unfortunately, our room had several cleanliness issues, including hair in the bathroom. If you're into golf, there’s a nice course nearby. I'm not sure I'd recommend staying here again.

This place suits me perfectly with amenities like free wi-fi, a snack bar, 24-hour reception, and a lovely indoor pool. On my first stay, the friendly staff helped me with a late check-in. I’ll be back for Easter!
