My wife and I recently stayed at Otl Gouverneur for a weekend getaway. We were impressed with the modern and clean room, as well as the well-insulated walls that provided a peaceful atmosphere. The fast elevators were a bonus, and we loved having a coffee machine and even an iPad in our room. The included breakfast was fantastic, with great coffee and the staff serving the food directly onto our plates, which we appreciated for added safety. a 5-star experience and we would definitely stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Otl Gouverneur! The breakfast was amazing and the spa was beautiful. The hotel had high-end amenities and the staff were extremely helpful and cheerful throughout our stay. We also loved the wine dispensers scattered throughout the hotel.

The hotel was conveniently located next to a big shopping mall, making it easy to access various stores and amenities. the city centre of Saguenay was just a short distance away, allowing for easy exploration of the area. The outdoor relaxing area provided a tranquil space to unwind, and there were many great restaurants nearby to satisfy one's culinary desires.

The view from our room overlooked a parking lot, which was not ideal for those seeking a more scenic experience.

There were many little extras like phone chargers and a Nespresso coffee machine that added to the convenience. We loved the view of the courtyard and enjoyed the urban spa. The hotel's breakfast buffet offered a great variety of healthier options, and we appreciated the option to do laundry on-site. The staff were friendly and helpful, and there was ample free parking available.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a great location, near a big shopping mall. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with friendly staff that were accommodating. They had a nice breakfast with a variety of choices. The hotel also had a beautiful spa, pool, and gym area for guests to enjoy. it was a wonderful stay with excellent facilities.

There was one negative aspect of the hotel that was frustrating. The plumbing in the rooms was quite noisy, especially when other guests used their shower or toilet.

The noise level was unbearable and the room had a terrible view of the pool. the plumbing was very noisy and we could hear the guests in the rooms above us.

As backpackers, we loved the exceptional attention to detail in the hotel, including little touches like hooks under the dining tables for purses. The modern public bathroom facilities and amenities like an automated wine bar and Nespresso coffee machine in the lobby were a great touch. The selection of sundries and iMacs with printers in the lobby added convenience. The 5-star quality breakfast with Starbucks coffee was a delightful start to the day. The room itself was perfect, with a fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, and beautiful wine glasses with an opener. The modern safe, comfortable bed, and well-lit bathroom with a rainfall shower were all highlights. The staff was excellent and always ready to assist. The BeauFish restaurant located within the hotel served fantastic steak and seafood, and the access to the spa and pool area was beautiful.

This hotel offers luxurious amenities and outstanding service. the spa and wellness centre is exceptional and the massage service was fantastic. We were impressed by the indoor swimming pool and sauna, as well as the steam room and hot spring bath. the restaurant had delicious food with a wide range of options, and we appreciated the bar/lounge area for a relaxing drink.

The only minor issue was with the size of the swimming pool, which was smaller than we expected. this did not detract from our overall experience as there is a saltwater pool available and a sun terrace to relax on.
