I always return for my city trips. Staff suggested currency exchanges on my first visit. Free Wi-Fi, parking, 24-hour reception, flat-screen TV, lift, and more. An ideal spot for me with an outdoor pool, spa, and laundry service—perfect stay with no regrets.

The value we got for our money at Ambassador was excellent. The room was spacious, with comfortable beds and a quiet aircon. The location was convenient, within walking distance to restaurants, a supermarket, and the van terminal. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, making our stay enjoyable.

The only improvement I would suggest for breakfast offerings is to have a wider selection.

Our reserved room was given away upon arrival, resulting in a "upgrade" to a room with a double and a single bed. We had to call the front desk at 1AM due to loud neighboring guests. Overall, I'll recommend this hotel.
