staying at lakeside resort was a great experience. the front desk staff were amazing and accommodating. the views were lovely and the room was clean and comfortable. the hotel's location right on the lake and close to main street was fantastic. it was convenient for us to walk just 20 minutes to the arena for a hockey game.

Not obvious to find 👀.

We recently stayed at the Lakeside Resort for a wedding and had a fantastic experience. The staff, from the front desk to the bartenders and wait staff, were all friendly and professional. The wedding on the west lawn was beautiful, and the ballroom was perfect. The food was outstanding. Our room, facing North towards the steamboat, was incredibly quiet, which was a first for us. The location was great, and we loved that the hotel was self-contained with easy access to the boardwalk and lake. The bed was also very comfortable.

Would recommend this hotel.

The hotel had a spacious layout and the room offered a lovely view of the lake. the fact that it was located right on the beach was a major plus, as we could easily enjoy the water and the scenery. the staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay more enjoyable.

There were a few drawbacks to our experience. the newly built building had some design flaws, such as the bright exterior lights that couldn't be turned off and lit up our room at night.

The lake view from our room was lovely. The cleaning staff provided missing items promptly. The $15 resort credit was a nice touch. Last year's stay in the newer building was even better with lounge chairs and a microwave. a great experience.

Great location with beautiful views of the lake. Comfortable beds for a good night's sleep. - the upgraded walking paths along the beach were a nice addition.

Noisy rooms, especially if you are placed on a lower floor facing the lake. the pounding music from the night club can be felt and heard until 2 am, even with earplugs.

lakeside resort once again exceeded our expectations during our romantic stay in penticton. the location was perfect and the staff were friendly and helpful. we loved the private beach and the hot tub was the best ever.

Loved the complimentary drinks at the lobby bar! Great touch to the friendly customer service we received. the location was perfect, right on the beach, and the private beach area was very relaxing with plenty of seating options. Also loved the fact that the hotel had bike rentals available, made exploring the area super easy.

The room could have been cleaner, especially the bathroom. Finally, the bar and restaurant prices were a bit steep for what was offered, but there were plenty of options nearby.

We loved the central location of this place, right on the lake with easy access to the beach and water sports. The staff provided 1st class service, offering everything we needed from room service to car hire and dry cleaning. The rooms themselves were comfortable and had all the necessary amenities, including AC and sitting areas. We also enjoyed the happy hour and welcome drink at the bar and the buffet at the restaurant.

We definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends looking for a place with excellent service and amenities.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was clean and just the right size for me and my friends. The beds were really comfortable and the bathroom was huge with plenty of counter space. The location right at the waters edge was perfect for us as we wanted to be close to the beach and the first vineyard. It was also convenient for all the activities without being in the middle of the beach goers. The staff was very accommodating, ordering a cab for us and providing great service. I would rate this experience 10/10 and definitely recommend it to others.
