The staff was helpful and accommodating, especially towards individuals with mobility challenges. The hotel offered a well-equipped fitness room and an enjoyable pool with a waterslide. The breakfast was varied, generous, and delicious, with freshly made items on-site.

The staff at this hotel were outstanding, especially one young gentleman who went out of his way to be helpful and apologetic. The property itself was newly built and wonderfully appointed with extremely clean rooms. The central location and ample secure parking were a big plus. We also enjoyed the very nice pool and hot tub. The cost of the suite we stayed in was very reasonable and we were able to enjoy strolling along the walkways to admire the magnificent wood carvings.

Great stay for our Hockey Team!

I recently stayed at a hotel in Chetwynd for a hockey tournament with my son's team. The hotel, with its fantastic waterslide and hot tub, was the perfect choice for our group. And let me tell you, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Alma in the breakfast room was incredibly kind and had such a welcoming personality. She made our mornings so enjoyable. Norah, another staff member, even let us grab some milk from the kitchen after hours. What a wonderful gesture! The hotel truly exceeded our expectations and we will definitely be back for future tournaments. I highly recommend this hotel for any stay.

Nice sized room and comfortable bed, good coffee in the room. the restaurant had a good selection of food.

There were too many screaming children in the pool and the hotel was full of families with many kids. I wasn't able to relax because of all the noise.
