Spent Christmas at a beautiful hotel with stunning views of the sea and islands. the suite was fantastic with modern furniture, a huge terrace, and a large bathroom with a jacuzzi. the staff was truly marvelous, providing outstanding service and assistance throughout the stay. the hotel is surrounded by culture and history, making it an excellent location to explore and learn about the region.

The restaurant did not meet expectations, with overpriced and poorly cooked dishes. the staff was dismissive and rude, displaying a lack of respect for guests.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this place. The owner personally welcomed us and helped with our luggage, which immediately made us feel valued and appreciated. Our room was luxurious and had stunning views from the balcony overlooking the beautiful gardens and sea. The attention to detail was impeccable, with little touches like sweets on the pillows and daily cleaning with fresh towels. The breakfast selection was great, with a nice man on duty who even offered to cook us eggs exactly the way we liked them. The pool was excellent for relaxing after a day at the beach, and the location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the Costa Brava and its stunning beaches.

The only slight issue we had was with the air conditioning in the room. We were not informed that it would only work if the balcony doors were firmly shut, so it took us some time to figure that out.

The hotel had a grand piano, which was great because I love pretending to play while people ignore me. The breakfast was impressive, with fancy foodie stuff and a terrace overlooking beautiful gardens. The pool was huge, but sadly I didn't find any mermaids.

No mermaids in the pool, disappointed.
