The room was exceptional, with top-notch amenities and a comfortable bed. The location of the hotel was perfect, situated between Signal Hill and downtown. The suite was spacious and had a well-appointed kitchenette, including in-suite laundry. The shower and bath were excellent, and the workout room was well-equipped. It was also very quiet and peaceful throughout the stay.

I experienced a minor issue with the tap in the kitchen that only turned off in a specific location, but it was promptly addressed when I notified the staff. Additionally, the ambiance in the lobby and hallway was somewhat dark and unappealing, lacking natural light.

I had a wonderful stay at Premiere Suites - Signal Hill Gate! the location was excellent, within walking distance of the town and the beautiful walking path up to Signal Hill. the 1 bedroom suite was modern and comfortable, with plenty of space for relaxation. the bathroom was outstanding, with a wonderful shower and separate tub. I also appreciated the ample storage space for both food and clothing. the staff were highly helpful and eager to ensure our comfort. I highly recommend Premiere Suites - Signal Hill Gate for its location, spaciousness, and reasonable cost.

Our stay at Premiere Suites - Signal Hill Gate was comfortable and enjoyable. The spacious suite was beautifully furnished and decorated, providing a cozy home away from home. We loved having all the amenities and the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen and washer & dryer. The location was excellent, allowing us to easily explore the city on foot. Free parking was a definite plus. Despite a few minor issues, such as a complicated TV and a dusty feature wall, overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in St. John's.

noisy and old refrigerator

I recently stayed at Premiere Suites - Signal Hill Gate for a week. The location was perfect for exploring downtown, yet it was amazingly quiet and peaceful. The studio apartment felt like a home away from home, with a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, and even a dishwasher and washer/dryer. The added security of an entry key made us feel safe, especially since we were traveling with our family. Free parking was also a great bonus.

This apartment/hotel exceeded our expectations. Super comfortable with everything we needed. Ideal location for exploring Newfoundland. Highly recommended for a comfortable and affordable stay.
