I had a great time at this place. the room was nice and the staff were awesome. the pool and hot tub were a blast. I even tried my hand at the bowling alley—didn't knock down many pins, but it was fun! Oh, and the burger joint across the road was top-notch. Small hiccups with tub drainage and freezer space, but still a solid spot for a getaway. Cheers! .

The pool area was extremely unsafe, with slippery floors and no proper signage or mats to prevent accidents. I personally experienced a major fall down a flight of stairs, resulting in injuries to myself and my toddler.

The hotel could use some updating in terms of decor.

They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and provided excellent service. the hotel's proximity to downtown was a major plus, as we were able to explore the charming shops and enjoy delicious meals at the nearby restaurants. We also appreciated the fact that the hotel was dog-friendly, as we were able to bring our furry friend along for the trip. And the fact that it was close to a dog park made it even more convenient for us.

One drawback of our stay was that the rooms were not as clean as we had hoped. There were a few cleanliness issues, such as squashed bugs on the walls and dusty surfaces, which we had to clean ourselves.

had a lovely romantic weekend in bracebridge and quality inn exceeded expectations! friendly staff, amazing river view from room and restaurant. even got a discount after a freak accident. one of my top choices now.

I had a fantastic stay here! The room was terrific, especially after I upgraded for a little extra space. The cleanliness was impeccable, and I even noticed my dog enjoying the cool tile floor when she got too warm on the bed. The hotel's location right on the river was perfect for taking a boat tour of Lake Muskoka, and I loved the convenience of the boat docks being right outside. Additionally, there was a lovely view from the dining room where I enjoyed delicious breakfasts. The staff, including the friendly maitre d', were also very informative about the lifestyle in this city.
