Our stay at The Management Centre in Bangor was faultless. From the well-thought-out details like an ironing board and iron, high-quality coffee and biscuits, to the spotlessly clean bathroom and comfortable bed, every detail was perfect. The staff were incredibly pleasant and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast had a good choice for vegetarians and the view from the restaurant was lovely. Parking was easy and close, and the automatic doors were a convenient touch. this was the best value for money stay we've had in a hotel.

Felt truly spoilt, no complaints at all.

We loved the stunning view of the Menai Straits from our room and the comfortable double bed. The location was ideal, away from the busy pubs and takeaways but close enough to enjoy them if desired. The restaurant offered delicious food at great value, and the friendly staff made our stay even more enjoyable. The Management Centre had a stylish entry path and spacious room with all necessary amenities. The breakfast was excellent, served by a particularly amazing morning staff.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, great views, varied breakfast, free parking. Bargain for Zip World visitors. Fluffy towels, grab-and-go breakfast and Costa coffee included. Spacious rooms, huge bathroom, fantastic shower, top-notch breakfast. Easy check-out.

During my Thanksgiving stay, the complementary pumpkin pie and hot chocolate were very welcome. the location was excellent, close to several restaurants and shops. I also enjoyed the cozy fireplace in the lobby.

The hotel room was not properly cleaned and there were stains on the bedding.

During my recent stay at a hotel in Gwynedd, I had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, right in the center of everything, close to the city center and the pier. The room was spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The staff were unfailingly courteous and helpful. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a wide variety of fresh options to choose from. Additionally, the view from the breakfast room over the Menai Strait was breathtaking. I was thoroughly impressed with the facilities and advantages of the room.

There was one negative aspect of my stay. The hotel did not provide fans in the rooms, which became a bit uncomfortable during the hot weather.
