Our room was peaceful but lacked proper cleaning, with dust and unclean areas on arrival. the noise from the room above and the door ruined the tranquility. the pool seemed neglected and uninviting. I'll suggest this hotel.

I always return for a cozy stay. At my first visit, staff shared taxi tips. It suits me perfectly with amenities like Wi-Fi, a fitness center, and a bar/lounge. Can't wait to be back for Christmas!

iZushi Japanese Restaurant's sushi is lit, with an umami explosion in every bite. Vista 18 Westcoast Grill & Wine Bar serves up Instagram-worthy dishes with killer views.

The desk man's vibe was so last season, shower needed a makeover, pillows flattened like a pancake, and parking woes persisted. Despite the minor setbacks, Quality Inn still shines like a diamond in the rough.

From hitting up Hotel Triplets Entertainment to chilling at the Family spot, it was epic. the rooms were cool, staff was dope, and the central location made everything easy peasy! Couldn't have asked for a better vibe for our squad getaway.

Would've been even more hype if they had a rad rooftop bar or a sick nightclub on-site for us young party animals to keep the vibes going strong all night long!

Great value for the money with a clean room, friendly staff, and prime downtown location by popular spots like the Empress Hotel. the staff was welcoming and the room amenities were satisfying.

the hotel's prime downtown location placed me within a short walking distance of key attractions like the Legislative Assembly, parks, museums, and an array of delightful restaurants and convenience stores. Our family room facing a serene garden was well-lit, spacious, and equipped with a comfortable bed and a pristine bathroom. the indoor parking facility provided convenience and security for our vehicle. the friendly and accommodating staff further added to the positive stay experience.

Our room on Courtney St wasn't great for sleep. the room temp was tricky to control.

Located near inner harbour facilities, comfortable old building. Staff friendly and efficient. Pet-friendly, good for dog owners. Room heating, a bit tricky to regulate. Overall, pleasant stay possible.

The breakfast was absolutely FANTASTIC - worth every penny with 25% off on-site. Staff were friendly and accommodating. the noisy room was the downside. Might choose again. Photos look better.

The staff were very helpful. They provided maps and very good directions to the local market. the beds were amazingly comfortable. the connected pub Smiths was quite good value. I enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and the easy access to downtown attractions. Despite some noise issues, the friendly staff and convenient location made our stay enjoyable.

we stayed at quality inn and had a great time. we found a very comfortable bed in a clean room with a fully equipped kitchenette. the friendly reception staff made us feel welcome. parking was available at a reasonable price. the hotel even had a bonus laundry room, which was a nice surprise. in addition, the location was convenient, with easy access to public transit and downtown attractions. we enjoyed the quiet room overlooking a pretty courtyard and appreciated the accommodating housekeepers.

Great location, within walking distance to downtown attractions. Friendly staff provided exceptional service by going the extra mile to accommodate special requests. the coffee at the lobby was good, and a kind employee even went out of their way to get fresh milk.

The room pricing was confusing and ended up being more expensive than initially quoted. Noise from outside, as well as a lack of privacy due to the pool window and street-level room, made it hard to sleep.
