I had a great stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, with trams just a short walk away. The service was impeccable, with the housekeeping staff doing a fantastic job. The hotel amenities were top-notch, with everything I needed in my room including a cozy sitting area and a well-stocked kitchen. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

The location is good; it's easy to get to from public transit. , the apartment is spacious and well-equipped with a kitchenette. The historical cable car is only a few minutes away, so it was easy to get around the city. The bed was comfortable and the Wi-Fi was reliable.

The room gets really hot during the day and there is no air-conditioning. When I asked the staff about this, they were unhelpful and even a bit rude.

The apartment itself is spacious and comfortable, with antique furniture and a charming old-world décor. The small kitchenette is well-equipped and the king bed is super comfortable. Plus, the friendly staff provides excellent customer service, with a newspaper delivered to your door every morning.

There was a slight issue with an unpleasant smell in the lobby and room.
