Spacious suite for family, friendly staff helped us.

Where was the housekeeping? Lack of guidance about local transport was frustrating!!! An outdated facility needs some serious modernization to be competitive!!! The elevator situation requires improvement, especially during peak times!!!

The hotel has a fantastic location, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The breakfast options are filling, and the front desk staff were very accommodating.

Unfortunately, the room showed signs of wear, with water damage in the closet area. Additionally, the elevator can be a hassle during busy times, and I found the queen bed somewhat uncomfortable.

we had a great 2-night stay at quality. the queen suite had a perfect layout for our family, keeping the kids in a quiet area. the shopping center next door was super convenient, and the staff were extremely welcoming and helpful.

the initial room was dark and had broken lamps 😕 but the staff were super nice and quickly switched me to a new room. the included breakfast was varied and filling. The location made it easy to explore the city. definitely worth the stay! 👍

The large room offered plenty of space, and the bed was truly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. Breakfast featured succulent organic chicken prepared by a friendly chef, which was a delightful surprise. However, the elevator situation could be improved as it felt slow at times, and a noticeable odor lingered throughout the facility, detracting from the experience. Despite these issues, the accommodating staff and convenient location made our visit enjoyable.

The king suite was spacious and perfectly suited for our family, with separate living and sleeping areas that worked seamlessly for our toddler. The staff were incredibly helpful. they accommodated our early arrival and ensured we had what we needed. The laundry room was a convenient bonus at just $3 per load. While the location next to a mall was great, the breakfast options could be improved for longer stays. An intriguing feature was the availability of Sicilian products.
