The hotel provided modern and clean lodgings with all the conveniences we needed for our romantic escape. We loved the fact that it was just outside the historic walled city, making it easy for us to explore the charming streets and attractions. the restaurant and bar were conveniently located just steps away, offering us delicious dining options and a cozy atmosphere to unwind after a day of exploring. Additionally, the check, in process was simple and hassle, free.

This caused confusion and almost resulted in us being charged for two rooms instead of one. Additionally, we were disappointed to learn that the hotel did not provide daily room cleaning, which was not clearly stated on their website.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in this city. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. They even surprised me with a birthday card and a delicious dessert for my daughter. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect, within walking distance to many sightseeing attractions in OLD QUEBEC and just off Rue St Jean where there are plenty of great restaurants to choose from. The hotel facilities were excellent, and there was even public parking available right next to the hotel. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for exploring old Quebec and the surrounding attractions such as Place de l'Assemblee-Nationale, Caleches du Vieux-Quebec, and the Erico Creative Chocolate Shop and Chocolate Museum. It was right downtown and easy to get to. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and the facilities were well-maintained. We were pleased with the parking options available, as there was a paid parking lot right next to the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, always greeting us warmly and providing any assistance we needed.

Additionally, we were within a 15-minute drive of anywhere else we wanted to visit in this area. The proximity to one of the primary gates to the old city was wonderful, as we could easily explore all the historic sites and attractions. Moreover, the staff went above and beyond for us. They were extremely helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Additionally, the hotel was close to many sightseeing spots in the old part of Quebec, allowing me to easily explore the city's historic sites. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. They even accommodated my allergy to feather pillows by providing alternative options. The breakfast at the restaurant was delicious, and the staff there, especially Francois, were attentive and welcoming. I had a wonderful experience at this hotel.

The Marriott hotel in Quebec City is a hidden gem. It is located just outside the Old city gate, offering a prime location for exploring the city. All the attractions, shopping, and restaurants are within walking distance, making it incredibly convenient. The rooms have recently been renovated and are comfortable. Despite the hotel's exterior not appearing to be a modern Marriott, the interior is clean and beautifully decorated. The meeting room is spacious and the service provided is excellent. I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again when I return to Quebec City.

I had a great time staying at this hotel. The location was perfect, right next to the Old city gate and across from the old city wall. The staff was fantastic, from the front desk to the restaurant to the bar staff to the concierge and doorman, they were all very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities I needed, including ironing facilities and a comfortable sitting area. The leisure facilities were great too, with a sauna, fitness centre, and aqua park available for guests to use.

I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient hotel with great staff and facilities.
