The room at Holiday Inn - Ottawa Dwtn - Parliament Hill, An Ihg was beautifully decorated and very clean. I was impressed with the attention to detail and the comfortable atmosphere. The bed and pillows were firm and provided a great night's sleep. Additionally, the location of the hotel was ideal for taking long walks and exploring downtown Ottawa.

The room was spacious and well-maintained, offering a comfortable and pleasant stay. The hotel location near the Parliament Buildings was convenient for exploring the city. The front desk staff were welcoming and provided helpful assistance throughout my stay. Additionally, the on-site restaurant, Gibson's, served delicious meals that I enjoyed multiple times.

As women traveling alone, we loved how conveniently located the hotel was to the main attractions like ByWard Market and Sparks St. The fact that it's within walking distance and a short drive to the beaches is definitely a plus. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Despite a few minor drawbacks such as the small room size and lack of bottled water and blow dryer in the room, I would still recommend this hotel for its location and attentive staff. This hotel is a great value for money. The staff are very attentive to details and provide excellent service. The hotel is located in a quiet area of the city, but still close to major attractions. The rooms are comfortable, spacious, and come with basic amenities.

This hotel was great, however, the Wi-Fi could be improved. It was a bit frustrating to have to constantly sign back in every 30 minutes.

This hotel is in a quieter part of downtown, away from the hustle and bustle. It is walking distance to most downtown museums and attractions, making it perfect for exploring the city on foot. The staff members at the front desk were exceptionally nice and the cleaning staff were helpful and polite. The breakfast in the restaurant below was excellent, with beautifully presented dishes and table service.

The view from the room wasn't great, overlooking a noisy area.

The hotel is conveniently located in the city center, within walking distance of restaurants and tourist attractions. Guests praised the comfortable bedding and the cleanliness of the rooms. The front desk staff provided excellent service and were accommodating to guest requests, such as late check-out. Some rooms offered a view of the river, and the larger rooms had a sitting area by the windows.

Some guests experienced issues with the hot water in the shower, as well as with the functioning of the heater in their rooms.

The staff were friendly and prompt. Great location for exploring Ottawa. Spacious, clean suite.
