From the moment I arrived, the staff at Stella Di Mare ensured that every aspect of my stay was exceptional. the property was impeccably clean, and the level of service and hospitality was truly outstanding. the architecture of the building was stunning, and I was in awe of its beauty. the beachfront location provided breathtaking views, and the beach itself was pristine. I also appreciated the efforts made to prioritize guest safety during these times, with plenty of hand sanitizer and protective measures in place. the lagoon style pool was a highlight, offering both relaxation and fun. the food was delicious, with a wide variety of options, and the live music in the evenings created a lively and enjoyable atmosphere. But what truly made my stay unforgettable was the incredibly friendly and caring staff, especially Shenouda Samir, Andrew Saber, and Peter Nashaat. Their commitment to customer satisfaction was top-notch, and their warm and genuine hospitality made me feel truly welcomed and valued. My family and I recently stayed at Stella Di Mare for a relaxing weekend getaway. The room was clean and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the pool and sea. The staff were friendly and helpful, assisting us with everything we needed. The hotel had a great play area for the children, and there were excellent daytime entertainment options like outdoor yoga and salsa classes. The food selection for breakfast and dinner was impressive, and the beach and pool were easily accessible. We also appreciated the safety measures in place, such as temperature checks and individually wrapped towels.

The hotel provided two free bottles of water every day and had a great location right by the beach. the pool was also clean and enjoyable. Plus, they offered a free shuttle service to nearby attractions.

The food was also overpriced and of low quality. we did not have a good experience at this hotel and would not recommend it to others.

The Spa facilities were amazing, especially the jacuzzi bath which was relaxing and rejuvenating. I loved the experienced masseuse who was able to relieve my body from all stress. I had a great stay.

The room was immaculate, and the bathroom was well equipped. The service was outstanding, with a friendly staff who were always available to cater to my needs. The breakfast was delicious, with a diverse range of cuisine, and the restaurant offered great food. The hotel also had some great facilities such as clean swimming pool and gym facility.

The other guests on the beach were a bit noisy, which might have disturbed some guests who were looking for a quiet stay.

We had a fantastic time here - everything was just perfect! the location was great as it was within a closed area. We loved the room service and the car hire service, which made our stay even more comfortable. The laundry and dry cleaning services were very useful, and we also appreciated the airport shuttle. The room amenities such as the air conditioning, balcony, and mini-bar were all top-notch. The beach access was amazing, and we enjoyed lounging on the sun loungers. The leisure facilities were excellent, and we especially enjoyed the massage, Turkish bath, and swimming pools.

The staff here were great, the entertainment was fantastic, and we found the spa centre to be very relaxing. The dining options catered to different tastes, and the packed lunches were very convenient.

We were impressed by the exclusive amenities such as the Spa & wellness centre, indoor swimming pool and sauna. the outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi were great for relaxation with beach access just a few steps away. the garden area with sun loungers and beach umbrellas made for a perfect stay. Our room was spacious with exclusive facilities that exceeded our expectations. the in, room breakfast with packed lunches were provided, which was remarkable. the restaurant and bar/ lounge area provided excellent service with a wide range of menu options.

I had an amazing vacation at this resort! The cleanliness of the grounds and room was exceptional. The hotel facilities were top-notch and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, allowing me to easily visit the pyramids and enjoy the beach without dealing with too much traffic. The staff were friendly and the guest relations manager was very keen to take feedback, ensuring a pleasant experience. Additionally, the food at the hotel was delicious and varied, offering a great dining experience.

My stay at Stella Di Mare was fantastic. The facilities were perfect and the pool, although not heated, was refreshing. The sandy beach was lovely and the food was delicious. I especially enjoyed the night show, especially the talented singer and drummer. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Although the overall experience was great, I did encounter a few drawbacks. the pool water was not heated, which made it a bit chilly for swimming.
