As youngsters, we loved the spacious and clean standard room with a comfortable bed, good washroom, and free Wi-Fi. The underground enclosed parking was convenient, and the drawer space was perfect for keeping our clothes. Early check-in was possible, thanks to the friendly and efficient staff. We also enjoyed having the hot tub all to ourselves when we used it.

The friendly staff provided helpful recommendations, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We also enjoyed relaxing on the balcony, taking in the beautiful view of the surrounding mountains.

Not one thing.

We stayed at a great place close to everything we needed as backpackers - liquor store, restaurants, and shopping. The location was perfect, and the room had all the amenities we were looking for. The bed was comfy, the room was spacious, and the free underground parking and wifi were a nice bonus. We also loved the loft high ceiling and the fact that the facility was spotlessly clean. Having a fridge in the room was definitely a plus.

The staff at the Red Carpet Inn made us feel like family and were always willing to go the extra mile for us. Nothing was too much trouble for them, and their exceptional service made our stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel has a great location in the city center which makes it easy to explore Banff. The rooms with an outside wraparound balcony are amazing, with some even having a fireplace and jacuzzi. The staff are friendly and offer good basic amenities.
