The spacious room and comfortable bed made our stay at Residence Inn a pleasant experience. The well-equipped kitchen allowed us to prepare our own meals, saving money and offering healthier options. The plentiful breakfast and delicious late afternoon soups and snacks were a delightful treat. The staff, especially David, were polite and went out of their way to meet our needs. The pool and jacuzzi were a great bonus, and we appreciated the late closing time at 11 pm. The location was convenient, with easy access to the 404 and a reasonable commute to downtown Toronto.

Our recent stay at Residence Inn was wonderful. We stayed for a week for a family trip and had a great experience. The reception staff was excellent, very polite and efficient. The location was perfect for our needs and there was plenty of free parking available. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was important for us. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. My kids especially enjoyed the pool. The breakfast selection was also good, with plenty of options to choose from.

The location is convenient, with lots of good Chinese restaurants nearby and only 30 minutes from Ripley Aquarium.

The only downside was the air conditioner, which was noisy and had trouble maintaining a consistent temperature.

I had a very good stay and I would definitely return in the future.

Although the hotel was generally nice, there were a few minor drawbacks. The view from the room was of a fence/wall, which was not very visually appealing.

We got great value for our money with a large and comfortable room at Residence Inn. The location was perfect, close to Thornhill Community Center and shopping malls. The staff treated us well with polite and efficient service.

We received a welcome snack basket with sparkling juice, which was a nice touch. the location of the hotel was convenient, close to the highway. the kitchen area in our suite was big and comfortable, and each room had its own bathroom.

Our room was very clean and comfortable, with a spacious suite and a full kitchen for cooking. the staff went above and beyond, with one lady at the front desk even packing breakfast for me when I overslept. We will definitely be staying here again.
