Great location with a convenient taxi stop. Friendly service and peaceful atmosphere. Spotlessly clean rooms with comfortable beds. Kids loved the bunk bed. Hotel facilities were comfortable, including a restaurant that served excellent food and wines. The spa exceeded expectations, with a small but wonderful facility offering massage and beauty services. The tunnel connecting the suites to the spa was a convenient feature.

I recently stayed at Levi Hotel Spa for a few nights and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is located in the beautiful, quiet town of Levi, making it the perfect place for a relaxing getaway. The breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious and the hotel itself was impeccably clean. I stayed in a junior suite which was lovely, and the private sauna was a nice touch. The staff, particularly the young woman who worked the evening shift, were friendly and helpful. I also had a great dining experience at the fine dining restaurant, "Kekäle".

Loved the large spa area, especially the outdoor hot tub! the breakfast was delicious, with a great selection of food to choose from. Location was great as it was a short walk to the town center and all the restaurants and shops.

The rooms could have been cleaner and the housekeeping service could have been better. the room layout itself could have been more spacious.

I stayed in a junior suite with my family and we found the room to be incredibly comfortable. It had a separate bedroom and living room, as well as a minibar and capsule coffee machine. The best part was the sauna in the shower room, which was perfect for us after a day of skiing. The hotel even provided a drying scarf for our wet clothes, which was so convenient. We loved the transition from the junior suite to the spa, where we could easily go in our bathrobes and slippers. we had a great experience and will definitely choose this place again for our next visit.

It is also close to shops and restaurants, which is convenient for those looking to explore the area. Additionally, the hotel is situated next to a ski area and is not far from the ski slopes, making it a great choice for those who want easy access to winter activities.

The room layout can be a bit confusing due to the different blocks and separate facilities, but it doesn't pose a major inconvenience.

the highlight was definitely the hotel spa, which offered amazing facilities and helped me relax and unwind. the location was also great, with easy access to shops, bars, and even a ski slope that was beautifully illuminated at night. the rooms were spacious and clean, ideal for families, and there were even special treats and amenities provided for our dogs. the breakfast was delicious and filling, giving us energy for the day ahead. it was a wonderful stay and I would definitely visit again.

Just returned from an amazing ski trip and stay at the Hotel Spa. The location was ideal, with easy access to the ski lifts, ski hire shops, restaurants, and bars. The breakfast spread was excellent, with plenty of choices on the hot and cold buffet. The room size was perfect for two people, and the sleeping alcove was great for families with teenagers. The spa was a wonderful way to unwind after a day on the slopes, and the bowling alley kept the kids entertained in the evenings. a fantastic stay!
