The staff was friendly and even made our dog feel welcome. The location is fantastic, with beautiful lake views and close proximity to downtown. The room was cozy, the bed was comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We also appreciated the 24/7 coffee and tea, as well as the afternoon snacks provided near the lobby. a wonderful experience!

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at Residence Inn. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with a private balcony and a full kitchen. The location was exceptional, surrounded by beautiful scenery and hiking trails, and with great restaurants and shopping options nearby. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, from the front desk to the breakfast room, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The breakfast could have been improved by offering more variety in TV options, such as "On Demand" channels instead of just cable.

I really got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was spacious and had all the comforts I needed, like a microwave with free popcorn. The location was perfect, right on the Wharf with beautiful views from the balcony. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable.

We had a great Christmas experience at this hotel. The breakfast was enjoyable with a variety of options to choose from, including coffee, bagels, muffins, and yogurt. The hotel's location was also convenient, being within walking distance to a Boston Pizza restaurant. Additionally, we appreciated the fact that the hotel had a pool that was open for guests to use.

There were a few negative aspects that we encountered. The bed was slightly uncomfortable as it felt like the mattress was going soft.

Comfy pillows, two TVs, and a fireplace. Lovely staff. Nicely appointed kitchen. Late check-out with no hassle.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in Gravenhurst for a business trip. The location of the hotel was absolutely stunning, right by the lake and at the end of a picturesque lakeside boardwalk. The view was breathtaking and really added to the relaxing atmosphere of the hotel. The suite I stayed in was spacious and well-equipped, with a full kitchen that had everything I needed. The breakfast spread was quite impressive, with a variety of options to choose from. The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist when needed. I had a wonderful and relaxing stay.

One aspect that I didn't particularly enjoy was the limited fruit and fresh vegetable options for breakfast. I would have liked to see more variety in this area.

Amazing surprise from the hotel staff! We mentioned it was our anniversary and came back to find champagne and chocolates in our room. The views from the balcony were breathtaking and the breakfast was delicious. we highly recommend Residence Inn for a memorable stay.
