We had an amazing stay at this place! The location was perfect, right in front of the sea and just past the downtown area. The staff went above and beyond to help us, despite a slight language barrier. The housekeeping service was exceptional, and our room was spacious and comfortable with great amenities like air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a sitting area. We loved the terrace with a stunning view of the ocean. The hotel had excellent facilities including a restaurant and bar/lounge area. The swimming pool was clean and refreshing, and we enjoyed lounging in the sun on the beach access. The garden area added a beautiful touch to the beachfront atmosphere. Wi-Fi was available throughout the hotel, and the 24-hour reception and security made us feel safe and well taken care of.

Great location near popular beaches and restaurants. the staff was friendly and helpful. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with amazing views of the ocean from the balcony. We enjoyed the variety of food offered at the buffet restaurant and the convenient transportation service to nearby attractions. a great value for the price.

The hotel is a bit dated and could use some updates, such as fixing the sliding doors and tiles in the bathroom. It can also be noisy due to the busy intersection, so light sleepers may have trouble getting a good night's rest.

Loved the location of the hotel, right by the beach and close to popular attractions in the area. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. the staff was friendly and helpful, making our experience even more enjoyable.

The pool was quite small and often overcrowded, making it difficult to find a spot to relax and swim. Communication with the staff was a bit challenging as most of them did not speak English fluently.

We recently stayed at a hotel in Acapulco and had a great time. The room was spacious and comfortable with a king-size bed. Although we didn't have a balcony, the large windows allowed us to enjoy the ocean view as if we were outside. The hotel staff was helpful and accommodating, providing us with extra pillows when requested. The location was convenient, with a convenience store nearby and easy access to buses that took us uptown. The food at the hotel restaurant was excellent and the pool was beautiful. we had a pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel for a moderate price.

I had an amazing experience at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, just past the downtown area and right in front of the breathtaking sea. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, even letting me check in early and providing me with a beautiful room that had a HUGE balcony. I loved the old school Acapulco vibe with the beautiful muebles in the room. The breakfast options were fantastic and the view from my ocean view room on the 3rd floor was absolutely perfect. It was such a treat to wake up to that every morning!
