We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the apartment was top-notch, and the facilities provided were excellent. The well-stocked kitchen allowed us to make breakfast before heading out for the day, and we were impressed by the fast Wi-Fi and bike parking. The location was ideal, being reasonably close to the city center and in a great neighborhood. We particularly loved how we could walk to the Old Québec City area and explore the historic sites. The hotel staff were also very friendly and accommodating.

We had a romantic escape and loved the spacious and clean room. the bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked, perfect for making breakfast before our day of exploring. the location was great, with easy access to the city center and cheap transportation options nearby. We enjoyed being able to walk to the main attractions and restaurants in the area. it was a great value for the price and we would definitely recommend it to other travelers looking for a cozy and convenient stay.

While we were there, we experienced a few minor drawbacks. the air conditioner was quite noisy, which required us to keep the window open, resulting in more noise from outside.

The location of the residence is very convenient, being reasonably close to the city center and just opposite the residence are transport links. This makes it easy to explore the city and access various amenities. the studio apartments are well-equipped with a kitchenette, allowing guests to prepare their own meals. The rooms are also clean and spacious, offering a comfortable and quiet environment for work or relaxation.

The furniture in the rooms, such as the bed and sofa, could be updated as they are reported to be creaking and peeling off.

This place was brilliant! I had a great stay at Residences Universite Du Quebec. The apartment was clean, welcoming, and had a well-stocked kitchen with all the utensils I needed. The location was perfect, within walking distance of most attractions and the only grocery store in the area. The parking garage was conveniently located across the street. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great value for money and a fantastic location.
