I stayed for 7 nights in a lovely studio with a private balcony that offered fantastic views. The attentive staff treated me like family, going above and beyond to help arrange excursions and offering delicious meals from the restaurant. The spacious room included efficient air conditioning and complimentary water, ensuring maximum comfort during my stay.

The manager could improve on accommodating guest requests.

The shower cabin and head showed signs of age, which detracted from the overall luxury experience of the stay.

The hotel has a warm atmosphere, and the staff treated us like family, going out of their way to make our honeymoon special. We also loved the charming architecture that makes the hotel feel like a cozy village.

The noise from the nearby party scene can be quite disturbing!!! The plumbing issues with drainage and unpleasant odors need urgent attention!!! Some areas of the hotel appear dated and could benefit from maintenance!!! Check-in was confusing and caused unnecessary delays!!!

Location is perfect, right by the beach, and staff were absolutely lovely, going above and beyond. Just wish the room had better lighting. Still, beach access was sweet as!

Best part was chilling on the beach with private loungers, that was a lekker touch. Staff were super friendly and remembered our brekkie orders every day, they really made us feel at home! The pool area was also nice and cozy, hardly anyone around so it felt private.
