The newly renovated rooms were a pleasant surprise with comfortable beds and modern amenities like a fridge and microwave. the location of the hotel was convenient, especially for catching early flights, as it was close to the airport. the friendly staff provided excellent customer service and even offered to assist with finding the hotel if needed.

The noise from the road and nearby pub was a downside, especially for light sleepers. the lack of soundproofing in the rooms made it difficult to get a good night's sleep without using earplugs.

The location of the hotel was very convenient for us, as it was close to the airport and only a short distance from the casino. We were pleasantly surprised to find that it was also within walking distance to downtown and several local restaurants. The room was clean and well-equipped, with amenities such as a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. The breakfast room was small but well-stocked, and we even had access to a cappuccino machine.

The only minor issue we had was the lack of soundproofing in the floors/ceilings, as we could sometimes hear noises from the floor above.

This hotel in Terrace truly exceeded my expectations. First of all, the prices were incredibly reasonable, offering great value for money. Secondly, the attention to detail in the renovated rooms was impressive, with modern amenities like a Roku TV and free Wi-Fi. The location was also ideal, situated in a quiet part of town yet still conveniently close to shops and restaurants. Lastly, the staff provided excellent service, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. Oh, and the breakfast served was a delightful bonus!

Great service, friendly staff, and recently renovated rooms. the beds were comfortable and the linens were clean. the room had all the necessary amenities like a toaster, kettle, coffee maker, microwave, and fridge. the location was quiet and away from the hustle of the city, making it a relaxing stay.

The noise level was a bit high, especially on the first night. There were some loud parties happening which disrupted a peaceful stay.

Had a great Easter weekend at this hotel! Loved the recently renovated room with all new furniture and a super comfortable bed. the mini-fridge was handy, and we appreciated the complimentary drinks. Best of all was the location - easy access to downtown and two great restaurants nearby.

Not having a kettle in the room - using the coffee maker for hot water left a slight coffee aftertaste in our tea.
