The Ripplecove Hotel & Spa exceeded our expectations with its festive Christmas decor and magical ambiance. The beautifully decorated trees, garlands, and Victorian statues brought a touch of holiday spirit, which was perfect for our family gathering away from home. The stunning landscaping around the property, including the new pool surround and furniture, added to the overall beauty of the place. We enjoyed exploring the lake with the kayaks and elevated fast pedal boat, which were provided by the hotel. Our room had a breathtaking view and was well-appointed, complete with a renovated bathroom and a Nespresso machine. The staff was friendly and attentive, and it was a pleasant surprise when the woman at the front desk remembered us from previous visits. We truly enjoyed our time at Ripplecove Hotel & Spa.

We had an amazing time in Ayer's Cliff at a beautiful hotel by the lake. We loved sitting outdoors on the terrace, enjoying the stunning view of the lake. The room was comfortable and had a charming old-fashioned charm. The service was top-notch, with friendly and personable staff. The breakfast was delicious, and we enjoyed taking advantage of the paddle boats and surf boards provided by the hotel.

We were disappointed to find out that the dining options were limited, and the menu at the restaurant seemed repetitive after a week's stay.

We recently stayed at a beautiful lakeside hotel for a weekend getaway. The hotel was in a quiet location, surrounded by nature and offering a peaceful atmosphere. Our room was comfortable and well-appointed, with a balcony that provided a stunning view of the lake. We felt fortunate to be upgraded to a lakeside room and enjoyed spending time on the balcony, simply gazing at the serene surroundings.

Spectacular location on a peaceful cove at the end of a lake. Well-appointed, comfortable rooms with old-fashioned charm. Lovely pool, small private beach, and outdoor dining deck overlooking the lake. Amazing staff, comfortable beds, and the option to upgrade to a lake-facing room. Incredible facilities, grounds, and overall comfort.

The hotel offered a variety of water sports activities, with lots of availability for guests to enjoy. The rooms, restaurant, and common areas were all beautifully designed and well-maintained, creating a pleasant ambiance. The restaurant staff was friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service to guests.

Felt like being home, no complaints whatsoever.

Some of the staff seemed inexperienced and unhelpful, and the check-in process was basic, lacking information about the resort's facilities. We also found inconsistencies in the information provided, such as conflicting pool hours and unclear meal plans at the restaurant.

my recent stay at a beautiful location in ayer's cliff exceeded my expectations. the restaurant and food were amazing, and i loved having access to electric bikes for a scenic trail nearby. the bed and pillows were the most comfortable i've experienced, and the spacious room overlooking the lake was stunning. the staff were incredibly helpful and the hotel provided a perfect getaway.

Excellent staff, beautiful location, and delicious food. The rooms are cozy and the views are stunning. The included resort activities are a great bonus. Try the electric fat bikes for a fun adventure.

The hotel provided top-quality services. the meal was delicious and the staff very nice. A fantastic location by the lake, with plenty of water sports.

There was quite a bit of construction work going on, including jackhammering by the pool and lake. the tennis courts were also not available.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. Impeccable service and luxurious amenities fulfilled our every need. the Spa & wellness centre and treatments were exceptional. the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace with sun loungers were exceptionally clean and provided outstanding views. the restaurant served delicious cuisine and we particularly enjoyed the outdoor dining area.

The only minor issue was the small size of our room; however, it was well decorated with exclusive advantages and high-end amenities.
