I stayed at Sunrise and had an amazing time. The check-in was smooth, staff friendly and helpful. The food was good and the service at the restaurant was great, especially Abdin. The bar at the pool was good, serving drinks even without orders. The pool was clean and the animation team was lovely. The sea view from my room was breathtaking and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. A special mention to Mohamed, Omar, Abid, Asmaa, and Momen for their excellent service. The view, pool, and jacuzzi were fantastic. a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The service is top-notch, with a smooth check-in by Mr. Helmy. The beach is beautiful, perfect for swimming with no rough waves. The food is excellent, with plenty of options for vegetarians and non-vegetarians. The staff, particularly Mr. Waguih and Fady, are professional and friendly. The hotel offers all-day activities and spacious rooms with great amenities.

The resort location by the lagoon is perfect to dive into the sea anytime and very close to the beach for relaxing walks. In Gamila restaurant, the variety and quality of food are excellent, and the snack bar on the beach is fab. Additionally, the animation team provides amazing entertainment all day long. Rooms are great, with comfortable beds and well-cleaned bathrooms. The staff is friendly and always ready to assist with anything needed.

Some sun loungers around the pool are limited, which can be an inconvenience during peak season.

As a disabled guest, I really appreciated the respectful and helpful staff at reception and guest service desk. They went out of their way to assist me during my stay.

This hotel is amazing! The staff is super friendly and helpful, and the rooms are really nice with amazing views of the sea. The breakfast buffet has lots of different options to choose from, and the hotel's location opposite the shops is really convenient. Plus, it's right on the beach, which is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun.

What I loved about this place was the location. It was right in the heart of the city and there were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Additionally, the staff here really goes above and beyond to ensure that guests are comfortable and enjoying their stay. The service, room amenities, and dining options provided were all top-notch.

Excellent food, beach nearby, accommodating and entertaining staff, variety of activities available, bright and clean facilities.

The complimentary drinks upon arrival were a great way to start off the city break, and the free Wi-Fi was a nice touch. the hotel's location near the beach and city center made it easy to explore the area and try local cuisine. the pool area offered a great way to relax with friends.

Some staff members were not very friendly or accommodating, while prices in the hotel shop were quite expensive. the all-inclusive package did not include all restaurants, making it difficult to find affordable meals outside of the set meal times.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel with a truly luxurious stay. the exclusive amenities offered at this venue provided a top-notch level of service. the Spa & wellness centre, Sauna, and Jacuzzi were particularly impressive, providing a relaxing retreat. the Outdoor swimming pool and Beach access areas were also quite stunning. the restaurant and bar area was also impeccable, with tasty buffet breakfast and excellent cocktails available.

The only minor issue I had was the noise level in the Nightclub. the loud music went on until late at night, so it may be difficult to sleep early, but this was a small matter.
