The beds were incredibly comfortable, making for a great night's sleep. the breakfast options were plentiful and the eggs were cooked perfectly. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were outstanding, providing excellent customer service.

The experience at the rooftop bar was quite disappointing. the staff there were extremely rude and disorganized.

Hotel was beautiful, but what really impressed me was the thoughtful turn-down service. The staff had a personalized note and chocolates on my pillow each night. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

The amenities were appealing and the view from our high floor level room was breathtaking. The staff was exceptional, especially the concierge desk, who were very helpful in providing information about the city. The location of the hotel was perfect, with shopping, dining, and many attractions within walking distance. We also enjoyed having a drink at the garden terrace called "Reflections" and the restaurant at the front of the hotel was a great option for breakfast.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome from check-in to check out. The hotel lobby was decorated beautifully for New Year's Eve, adding to the overall ambiance. The bed in our room was ridiculously comfortable and the homemade truffles during turndown service were a delightful touch. We had a very romantic stay and cannot wait to return to this glamorous hotel.
