The beds were incredibly comfortable, making for a great night's sleep. the breakfast options were plentiful and the eggs were cooked perfectly. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were outstanding, providing excellent customer service.

The experience at the rooftop bar was quite disappointing. the staff there were extremely rude and disorganized.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel! The staff were extremely attentive and went above and beyond to assist us with anything we needed. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a fabulous gym and pool. The room was spacious, luxurious, and impeccably clean. The location was perfect, as it was in the heart of the city and close to everything, including the Granville Island market.

We stayed at Rosewood Hotel for our last night of a 5-week holiday and it was truly memorable. We upgraded to a king deluxe room which was beautiful and had everything we needed. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome from check-in to check out. The hotel lobby was decorated beautifully for New Year's Eve, adding to the overall ambiance. The bed in our room was ridiculously comfortable and the homemade truffles during turndown service were a delightful touch. We had a very romantic stay and cannot wait to return to this glamorous hotel.

The room was comfortable, with a cozy charm. Great location in the CBD, close to shops and restaurants. The staff were amazing and helpful. Continuity of service from a dedicated roomkeeper. Concierge was super helpful.

We stayed here for 2 nights at the start of our holiday. What a way to start! Having a cocktail in the 1927 Lobby Lounge was the perfect cure after a long journey. The building and rooms are beautiful. The bathroom was amazing. The staff were really friendly and couldn't do enough to help us. I didn't know I could be impressed with hotel cleaners, but they managed it here. Couldn't recommend it enough. Delicious breakfast, awesome cocktails and great location. Yes, it is expensive, but it is worth it.
