The beds were incredibly comfortable, making for a great night's sleep. The breakfast options were plentiful and the eggs were cooked perfectly. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were outstanding, providing excellent customer service.

The staff there were extremely rude and disorganized. When we walked in, we had to sit at a dirty table with no staff available to greet us.

Hotel was beautiful, but what really impressed me was the thoughtful turn-down service. The staff had a personalized note and chocolates on my pillow each night. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

The rooms are spacious, feature clean and luxurious amenities with gorgeous views of the surrounding neighborhood. The staff is friendly and always helpful with any request.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was beautifully appointed and the bathroom was spacious and well equipped. The amenities were appealing and the view from our high floor level room was breathtaking. The staff was exceptional, especially the concierge desk, who were very helpful in providing information about the city. The location of the hotel was perfect, with shopping, dining, and many attractions within walking distance. We also enjoyed having a drink at the garden terrace called "Reflections" and the restaurant at the front of the hotel was a great option for breakfast.

We stayed at Rosewood Hotel for our last night of a 5-week holiday and it was truly memorable. We upgraded to a king deluxe room which was beautiful and had everything we needed. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome from check-in to check out. The hotel lobby was decorated beautifully for New Year's Eve, adding to the overall ambiance. The bed in our room was ridiculously comfortable and the homemade truffles during turndown service were a delightful touch. We had a very romantic stay and cannot wait to return to this glamorous hotel.
