Convenient location, close to downtown and restaurants. Quiet and comfortable rooms with coffee making facilities, mini fridge, and free use of microwave. Free underground parking a nice perk. Staff, especially Rachel, provided excellent service and advice on activities.

the rundlestone lodge was a pleasant surprise! after a disappointing previous stay in banff, this hotel saved us from a horrible experience. the big rooms, soft bedclothes, and warm service made our trip enjoyable. highly recommended!

Just stayed one night. Front-desk and cafe's staff were very friendly and helpful. The double-bed room is very spacious. The bed is very comfortable - not too firm and not too soft, just right. The fireplace in the lobby is so cozy and relaxed. Lovely, friendly and helpful front desk staff. Heated underground parking. Great room size.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. It was located right in the main shopping area which made it very convenient to walk around and explore. The room was very comfortable and spacious with a cozy sitting area. All the necessary amenities like ironing facilities, air conditioning, and in-room safe were provided. We also loved the fact that we could buy ski passes from the hotel itself. The best part about our stay here was the leisure facilities. The indoor heated pool and jacuzzi were amazing and very relaxing after a day of exploring. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, making our stay even more comfortable.

Although we loved our stay here, we do recommend this hotel especially for families with children.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The spacious suite we booked had a balcony with a stunning view of the mountains. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel had great facilities including underground parking with free lockers for ski equipment. It was just a ten-minute walk to the downtown area of this city. The hotel was located in a quiet area, away from the crowds, yet still close enough to shops and restaurants. The rooms and hotel were very clean with nice decor. Breakfast at the hotel's restaurant was delicious.

The Rundlestone Lodge was an average stay, with clean rooms and polite staff. The pool, hot tub, and fitness center were all nice bonuses. The location was good and the hotel provided free bus passes to downtown Banff, saving on parking costs.

It was all superb.

As young families, we absolutely loved the helpful and friendly staff, the spacious and well-equipped rooms, and the beautiful views of the mountains. The kitchenette in the Loft room was a lifesaver, saving us money on meals. The hotel also provided cribs and there was a playground nearby for the kids.

Felt free to seek any assistance, no complaints.

The hotel's exterior and surroundings were very nice. We enjoyed the beautiful garden with hummingbirds. the location was peaceful and about a 3/4 mile walk from the town center, providing a quieter stay. Our loft room was adorable and had a convenient kitchenette. It also had a cozy gas fireplace, making our stay even more comfortable. Staff were helpful and our room was spacious, clean, and had a comfortable bed.

The bathroom in our room was small and dark, and could use an extra light. the price we paid for the room was quite high for a basic 3-star hotel, considering it was a holiday weekend.

We loved the feel of the hotel, it felt like 'home' each time we returned in the afternoon. The staff at the reception desk went above and beyond the call of duty, printing, scanning and emailing important stuff for us. Their advice about special things to do in this city was great. The location of the hotel was perfect, with it being just a ten-minute walk from downtown Banff. We also appreciated the free parking and the free access to the computer and printer. The hotel had cheap vending machines, a great pool, and a hot tub. Additionally, the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable.

The hotel's location just out of the main area of Banff town is perfect, with all the shops and restaurants within walking distance. The rooms with two queen beds and a small balcony overlooking the Mountains are very comfortable and clean. The Jacuzzi tub in the room was an added bonus and made for a relaxing stay.

The hotel could use some updating, especially in terms of the decor. the hallways and rooms were a bit dark, which made the cleaning not very thorough.
