I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express in Tukwila for a shopping trip with my granddaughter. The location was excellent, close to the South Center Mall and a variety of dining options. The room was spacious, quiet, and clean, with comfortable beds. We enjoyed a satisfying hot breakfast each morning. The hotel's proximity to the mall and nearby attractions made our stay convenient and enjoyable.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, especially Rinna, was very helpful and courteous during check-in. The hotel appeared new and clean, except for one bath towel that looked dirty. The beds were comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. The location was great as it was close to a shopping mall, restaurants, and the freeway. This made it convenient for me to explore the city and access different amenities easily.

Mind-blowing cleanliness, attentive staff, super secure with key card access, close to South Center Mall, easy to find via Apple Carplay and Google Maps, comfortable beds. Lacy deserves a HUGE bonus or raise - she was amazing! Staff and shuttle driver were also incredible.

I was impressed with the value for money at this hotel. The prices were reasonable, especially considering the great location close to the mall and restaurants in the Seattle area. The staff provided excellent service and the basic amenities were convenient, including the rooms with two queen beds for our group of four adults. The microwave in the room was a nice bonus, and the breakfast with the fun pancake machine was a great start to our day.
