Free parking was a huge plus, but getting into the lot was a nightmare.

cleaning service should be more frequent during longer stays!!! Pool PH levels appear questionable, raising concerns about regular checks!!! Hot hallways and slow elevators can detract from convenience!!!

The location was sweet as, right by the metro. But the pillows were heaps uncomfortable—only a couple were actually usable. Chur to the staff for being so friendly, though!

the parking situation was an absolute disaster, a scratch on my car thanks to cash-hungry attendants. upon arriving, I encountered dirty towels that suggested no cleaning ever happened, which is just fabulous for a top-tier hotel. honestly, I expected some form of compensation or at least a complimentary gift for such abhorrent service, but alas, that was just a dream.

Great location right next to the metro, making travel to Montreal easy! The room was clean, and my husband loved the sauna. Staff were friendly and helpful. We had an unexpected change in plans, and front desk staff quickly refunded one night’s stay! Highly recommend for family trips.

The location was grand, right across from the metro. Our room was nice and clean, but the breakfast was a letdown, only a boxed muffin and juice for the price we paid. Overall, decent but could be improved.

But my goodness, that gym was closed! I came to workout, not just to admire the view—what a tease!

I stayed for one night on a business trip. The reception was busy upon arrival, but I was checked in quickly. The room was functional. I enjoyed a meal at the bar, where the server did a great job handling a crowd. The breakfast system was unclear, requiring a voucher, and the meal was not very exciting. I am used to having better breakfast options, especially when traveling from New York.

I enjoyed a stay on the top floor and appreciated the spacious room with a sitting area. The location was convenient, just a short walk to the Metro. I had no issues with the staff, and the cleaning was consistent each day. I recommend upgrading your room, as I saw that lower floor accommodations were not well-maintained. I traveled with friends for a hockey tournament, which made the experience even better.
