During my stay, I discovered some great features of the hotel. there was a beautiful and quiet courtyard where I could relax and unwind. Secondly, the hotel had a great restaurant and bar that served delicious food and drinks. Additionally, I really enjoyed the swimming pool and hot tub, which were perfect for some relaxation after a long day. the location of the hotel was also a plus, with plenty of food options and stores within walking distance.

There were a few downsides during my stay. I found it a bit inconvenient that there were a few stairs to navigate when carrying luggage to the second floor.

The hotel is located in a nice area and is easy to find. We appreciated the convenience of being close to where we needed to be. There are good places nearby to eat, and the staff in the restaurant worked late to provide options for us. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the facilities, such as the pool and exercise room, were well-maintained. The staff at the hotel were friendly and welcoming, making us feel comfortable during our stay.

Not one thing.

This hotel may not be located near major attractions, but it is within walking distance to a few quick service restaurants. The front desk staff were consistently gracious and friendly, making the check-out process quick and efficient. The common spaces are modern and nicely appointed, providing a comfortable atmosphere. The rooms themselves are modern and clean, although some areas show a bit of wear and tear. The bathrooms are functional, with a separate glass-encased shower stall and a tiled tub area.

One aspect that could be improved is the breakfast buffet. While it was included as part of my stay, I would not recommend paying the listed price for it.

The hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The location in the NW San Fernando Valley is perfect for exploring both the LA hotspots like Universal Studios and dining options in the area. The staff provides excellent service and the basic amenities in the rooms, including a comfortable king bed and excellent pillows, add to the overall comfort. The rooms themselves are spacious, with wood or laminate floors, and even feature a pull-out bed for extra convenience. The breakfast at this hotel is a standout, with the best eggs you can find, especially when considering the special rate.

All was well, no improvements needed.

I recently stayed at Radisson in Chatsworth for a few nights and had a fantastic experience. The room was large and comfortable, with a balcony to enjoy the view. The bathroom was clean and stocked with high-quality Rituals products, a nice touch. The bed was also super comfy. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and I especially appreciated the helpfulness of Annette, Zach, and Darin. The hotel had a restaurant with delicious food, and the breakfast and bar staff were kind and attentive. I also liked the option of connecting rooms, which was great for travelling with friends. I highly recommend this hotel!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and we loved having a sofa with a coffee table. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The location was convenient for our needs, and the hotel facilities, including the beautiful garden and bar, were well-maintained.
