During my stay, I discovered some great features of the hotel. there was a beautiful and quiet courtyard where I could relax and unwind. Secondly, the hotel had a great restaurant and bar that served delicious food and drinks. Additionally, I really enjoyed the swimming pool and hot tub, which were perfect for some relaxation after a long day. The location of the hotel was also a plus, with plenty of food options and stores within walking distance.

There were a few downsides during my stay. I found it a bit inconvenient that there were a few stairs to navigate when carrying luggage to the second floor.

Courteous and attentive service at the front desk. When I requested a quieter room, they went out of their way to show me different options. Annette, in particular, was incredibly helpful in resolving any issues I had. The hotel layout is cleverly designed, with a secluded courtyard and a separate pool area. The room was comfortable and the bed and bathroom were excellent. I highly recommend staying here. I had a great experience at this hotel.

Situated in a convenient location in a well-established area, it’s easy to find local amenities and dining options nearby. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff provided courteous service throughout the stay, offering additional towels when requested. Guests can enjoy breakfast at the hotel restaurant and bar, and the view from some rooms is a sight to behold.

The hotel is lacking in some facilities and may be in need of maintenance to enhance the overall guest experience.

This hotel may not be located near major attractions, but it is within walking distance to a few quick service restaurants. The front desk staff were consistently gracious and friendly, making the check-out process quick and efficient. The common spaces are modern and nicely appointed, providing a comfortable atmosphere. The rooms themselves are modern and clean, although some areas show a bit of wear and tear. The bathrooms are functional, with a separate glass-encased shower stall and a tiled tub area.

One aspect that could be improved is the breakfast buffet. While it was included as part of my stay, I would not recommend paying the listed price for it.

The hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The location in the NW San Fernando Valley is perfect for exploring both the LA hotspots like Universal Studios and dining options in the area. The staff provides excellent service and the basic amenities in the rooms, including a comfortable king bed and excellent pillows, add to the overall comfort. The rooms themselves are spacious, with wood or laminate floors, and even feature a pull-out bed for extra convenience. The breakfast at this hotel is a standout, with the best eggs you can find, especially when considering the special rate.

I recently stayed at Radisson in Chatsworth for a few nights and had a fantastic experience. The room was large and comfortable, with a balcony to enjoy the view. The bathroom was clean and stocked with high-quality Rituals products, a nice touch. The bed was also super comfy. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and I especially appreciated the helpfulness of Annette, Zach, and Darin. The hotel had a restaurant with delicious food, and the breakfast and bar staff were kind and attentive. I also liked the option of connecting rooms, which was great for travelling with friends. I highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel has a genius layout with a private courtyard, separate pool area, and spacious exercise room. The bed and bathroom were terrific, and the staff, especially Ajay, were incredibly helpful and accommodating.

Nothing to dislike.

As bike riders, we loved the layout of the property! The private inner courtyard with ample seating was perfect for relaxing after a long ride. The separate courtyard for the pool was a brilliant idea, allowing us to swim, enjoy the spa, and have quiet conversations away from other swimmers. The spacious exercise room and the nicely planted surroundings added to the overall enjoyment of our stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was fantastic as well. We also appreciated the extra towels we had requested before arrival. an excellent property!

The hotel is conveniently located close to many restaurants in the Chatsworth area, making it easy to find a place to eat. The rooms have a large balcony with a great view of the mountains and the pull-out bed is a great feature. I also appreciate that unscented products are provided in the rooms and that breakfast is included in the special rate.

All was okay, nothing particularly stood out as negative.
