The location of this hotel was great, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. Having Moxie's attached to the property made it very convenient. The hotel staff, as well as the staff at Moxie's, were amazing and accommodating.

During my Christmas stay, I was impressed with the complementary hot chocolate and cookies offered in the lobby. the location was ideal, with grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance. the gym facilities were kept clean and well-equipped, making it a pleasant workout.

The room lacked essential toiletries, which had to be requested at the front desk, and there were no drinking water supplies in the room. the furniture was in poor condition, and there were missing lights, making the room not well lit.

Great location, convenient amenities, accommodating staff, comfortable beds, quick check-in, spacious and clean rooms.

The hotel is conveniently located just off the Deerfoot Trail, close to top stores, restaurants, car dealers, and the industrial area I was meeting in. I enjoyed the easy access to the restaurant indoors and the fact that there are lots of restaurants and shopping places within walking distance. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

During my recent stay at the Sandman Hotel & Suites, I was impressed by the spacious and well-equipped executive king suite. The kitchen was a real bonus, complete with a fridge, microwave, kettle, and toaster. The separate bedroom was a nice touch, and I appreciated the convenience of two-way access to the bathroom from both the bedroom and the kitchen. The storage space was also a pleasant surprise. Additionally, the hotel offered ample on-site parking, which made coming and going a breeze. It was also convenient to have dining options like Dennys and Moxies attached to the hotel, along with a sports bar across the street. The surrounding area provided plenty of retail outlets, including Walmart and Superstore.

While my stay overall was great, I did encounter a minor inconvenience during check-out. I was not aware that it would take 3-5 business days for my deposit to be returned, which ended up impacting my road trip plans.

The location of the hotel is excellent, with a Denny's restaurant right next door and many other restaurants and shops close by. It's super convenient for dining out and shopping. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice bathroom. The service from the friendly staff was great and the complimentary breakfast was a nice touch. it was a pleasant stay with convenient facilities and a good view of the surrounding area.

The hotel could improve on the availability of USB plugs in the room.

The hotel had a modern and cozy atmosphere, with convenient restaurants attached to the building. The service provided by Ruback was exceptional, creating a personal and down-to-earth atmosphere. The location was great for shopping, including a nearby Ikea.

The location of this hotel is fantastic. It is conveniently situated close to many restaurants and shopping centers. Plus, there is the added advantage of having Denny's restaurant right next door, providing a quick and easy option for meals. Additionally, the indoor setting of the restaurant ensures a comfortable and convenient dining experience.

It is disappointing that the hotel has had some issues with the hot water and shower pressure.
