The rooms were quiet, spacious, and had a peaceful ambiance, making it perfect for those with physical handicaps. The king size bed was incredibly comfortable, and the mini bar selection was great. The restaurant and room service had sensational food, and the spa bath allowed for a relaxing TV-watching experience. The staff were friendly and accommodated our early check-in request, which was very convenient for the wedding we attended.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The location was great, as we were close to both the actual sleeping area and the 1309 restaurant. The refurbished room was large and nice, and the bathroom was clean. The service provided by the staff was good, and the breakfast offered was great. We also enjoyed the complimentary wine tasting, which was a fun addition to our stay.

One negative aspect was that the building seemed to have an odd resonance, which caused some noise issues during our stay.

Meals were very good, good wines and good service. Staff, restaurant, grounds, and location were all great. Exceptional service on the tour with Bambi. Enjoyed lunch by the fire and excellent dinner. Rooms with excellent view. Natskin massage was amazing.

The hotel had a great location close to many wineries, and the on-site restaurant, cellar door, and bar were very convenient. the hotel offered two complementary facts that were appreciated.

The cleanliness and service of the rooms fell short of expectations. the curtains had holes in them and the shower curtains needed replacing.

The bed in my room was comfortable, and although the view overlooked the car park, it didn't bother me too much. However, I do wish the rooms had a bit more charm, especially considering the beautiful wine and vineyard surroundings.

Our luxurious spa experience was amazing. the exclusive amenities were top-notch, especially the sauna and steam room. We loved the full body massage service. the heated swimming pool and spa lounge were also exceptional. Not to mention, the garden area was a beautiful oasis.

The service could have been better, as we experienced a minor issue with our in-room breakfast order. Despite this, the private facilities and location advantages more than made up for it.
