Requesting a park view room made our stay delightful, as we enjoyed beautiful views of the park and mountains. The friendly staff, especially Afsal at the front desk, made us feel welcome and attended to our needs promptly.

Request a room not facing the train tracks for a quieter stay, as noise can disrupt sleep.

significant train noise all night making sleep difficult!!! , outdated furnishings like worn-out couch and window coverings!!! , dirty surfaces and poor-quality housekeeping needs improvement!!!

this hotel really needs to address the dirty surfaces in the rooms and the plugged toilet, it’s quite alarming, isn't it? also, since I was here for a special occasion, I woudl have expected a complimentary upgrade or something similar, but no such luck. I almost wrote a good review, but just couldn’t.

Well, I gotta say, it was a solid stay. The King suite had some nice room darkening shades, but you know, they could use a look at the cleaning crew. Filthy air conditioner and crusty grout had me shaking my head. The staff were super friendly though, ya betcha! Overall, a decent spot, just don’t expect perfection. Ope, and that shower water pressure? A bit hit or miss!

Clean hotel with a nice room, though I encountered some issues. The bottom sheet had stains and the curtains were not clean. The nearby train track created noise disturbances at night, affecting my sleep. Consider bringing earplugs if you're sensitive to noise. Suitable for a short stay.

Loved the city view from our room, especially with the trains passing by—felt like a proper urban adventure. The kids were super into it! Plus, we could easily stroll to Riverside Park for some relax time. The outdoor patio was a nice touch for our evening chill.

Just a heads up, those pillows were massive, had sore necks by morning!
