During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the amazing views and the secluded location of this resort. the beautiful scenery added to our holiday experience. Additionally, we were impressed with the well-equipped gym and the enjoyable spa experience. the staff at the resort were polite, cheerful, and friendly, making our stay very pleasant.

One aspect we disliked was the constant approach by staff members to upgrade our status. We had already paid a substantial amount for our stay and felt this was unnecessary.

I got great value for my money at the Autograph Collection hotel in Costa Rica. The room was modern luxury and the location, built into the mountains, offered breathtaking views. The staff treated me like a VIP, from the friendly bartenders to the fun and attentive resort activities personnel.

Breakfast choices could be improved, but overall a fantastic experience.

We had an amazing stay at this resort! The hotel facilities were top-notch, offering a variety of restaurants, a spa, and a gym. Our room was perfect - spacious and comfortable, and we were lucky to stay in a building close to the beach and pools. The cleanliness of the entire resort was impeccable, and the staff were always helpful and friendly. We also loved the location, as it was conveniently close to a supermarket and the surf beach we wanted to visit. During our stay, we had a fantastic on-stage breakfast buffet experience and went on a memorable fishing charter. We even had the opportunity to go on an Eco walk and see monkeys with knowledgeable guides.

Could not be improved in any way.

I loved the stunning mountain views from the property and the modern luxury of the rooms. The food options were plentiful and delicious, and the staff, including lively bartenders like Junior, Alejandra, and Freddie. The resort activities personnel, Morgan and Jason, kept us entertained, and Rene, the poolside server. The small beach area was a nice bonus, especially with the Howler monkeys swinging above our heads. As a light sleeper, I appreciated the peaceful surroundings.

The hotel location was convenient, with a nearby super market for necessities and a surf beach a short drive. Dining options included a variety of restaurants and a wonderful buffet with remarkable service. The breakfast spread was spectacular with many options and the view from the room was stunning. The room was spacious and comfortable and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The hydrotherapy at the spa and massages were highly recommended by other guests.

Some guests reported poor communication and service such as not receiving their correct food order or not having their room cleaned.

From the moment I arrived at the hotel, the staff provided exceptional hospitality and made me feel like a regular. The rooms were cleaned daily and the staff was always polite and helpful. The view from my room was amazing and I loved the fact that there were plenty of carts available to take me around the resort, especially since there were steep hills. The hotel's location was close to the beach, dining options, and a supermarket, making it convenient for me to access everything I needed during my stay.

The picturesque Bahia Culebra views from the luxurious dining, the child-friendly pool with Kid’s Club, and great bed and room made for an excellent family stay. Despite small inconveniences, the attentive staff's excellent service and the free valet parking made this a worthwhile Autograph Collection experience. I'll recommend this resort to fellow travelers.

The lobby, guest room and spa are modern. The staff are accommodating, friendly and anticipate your needs. There are daily activities at the pool and kayaks are included. The buffet has a wide variety of healthy options and the made-to-order dishes are great. The facilities are beautiful and the bed is very comfortable, despite the steep hills, shuttles run often.

The exclusive pool and hydrotherapy room for Star Class guests are amazing amenities. The food is good, with a variety of options available. The golf carts constantly circulating the property make it easy to get around.

The view, staff, and all-inclusive features were amazing. We loved the attentive and friendly staff, including Fernanda, Ernesto, Javier, Juan. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a fantastic star class pool and comfortable rooms. The transportation provided to various locations and the option to book excursions onsite were convenient. The food at the buffet and the breakfast buffet on stage was delicious. The location was perfect, with the hotel being close to the beach.
