This hotel had everything we needed while we stayed in the Metro Vancouver area. The full kitchen with a dishwasher was a great addition, making it easy for us to prepare our own meals. The separate living space, with a long table for 16, was perfect for entertaining friends and family. We also loved the fact that breakfast was included, saving us both time and money. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring we had a pleasant stay. The hotel's location near shopping malls and supermarkets was very convenient, making it easy to grab any necessities we needed. The rooms had a nice view, and the overall value for money was excellent.

The only minor downside was the intermittent wifi, which occasionally disconnected at random times.

I recently stayed in a penthouse suite with a stunning rooftop patio in the Vancouver area. The room was spacious, clean, and had a great view. The location was convenient, with a mall nearby. The staff provided exemplary service and the facilities were top-notch.

I did notice some maintenance issues in the common areas, such as peeling wallpaper and stains.

Beds were comfy, water in showers hot, room quiet and clean. Front desk staff friendly and prompt. Free WiFi and parking. Penthouse rooms had a fireplace and balcony, great for all seasons.

Great place for a birthday party! They allowed extra people and even had a soundproof suite for a DJ. No extra charges and the party went till 4am. Highly recommended!

I recently stayed at Sandman Suites in Guildford for a family vacation. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the showers had nice hot water. The room was always quiet and very clean. The front desk staff were friendly and provided prompt service. I loved the free WiFi and parking. The penthouse rooms had a lovely fireplace and balcony which was a great bonus, especially for the fall and winter seasons. The hotel also provided plenty of pillows, blankets, and a laundry facility in the suite.

Strongly recommend this hotel.

Had an amazing Thanksgiving experience at a hotel close to a popular shopping mall. the staff gave great service and welcoming hearts. Enjoyed complimentary breakfast and dinner at Moxie's Restaurant, the food was delicious. the suites were spacious with a kitchen equipped with modern appliances, perfect for cooking our holiday meal. the gym located close by was a bonus to work off our meals.

The suite could be updated with new furniture as it seemed a bit outdated. Our wireless connection was weak at times, making it difficult to stream our favorite shows.

The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the showers had nice, hot water. The room was quiet and very clean. The front desk staff were friendly and provided prompt service. I appreciated the free WiFi and parking, as well as the added bonus of a fireplace and balcony in the penthouse rooms. The overall modern look of the building and the convenient amenities, like the kitchenette and laundry, made the stay even better. I will definitely choose this hotel again when I'm in the area.
