the rooms have large windows that let in lots of light. the internet was spotty at times.

Exceptional customer service by Anu at the front desk, who promptly addressed my needs during my stay.

The absence of an on-site restaurant limited dining options, although the kitchen in the suite was helpful for preparing meals.

The breakfast setup was suboptimal and limited due to renovations. The room decor felt a bit tired and could use a refresh!!! Minor maintenance issues were noticeable throughout the facility!!!

Spacious suite with a full kitchen and washer/dryer! Clean and mostly updated, just a short walk to Guildford Mall. Great value for the price! 😊

Aye, the room was mad spacious with a full kitchen, so cooking up for the fam was easy. Staff was chill, super nice! Just wish they had some better pillows and fixed the air freshener situation. We slept good, though, so that’s what counts! They need ta step it up a bit on maintenance, fr.

Had a decent stay, but the aircon noise was annoying and the room key didn’t work twice. The kitchen was a sweet touch, though!

The room was well equipped with kitchen tools and a

washer/dryer, which made our stay very convenient. The kids loved the spacious living area, and the housekeeping staff were attentive. However, we did experience some noise from the rooftop fans, making it hard to relax at times.

However, the suite was in serious need of maintenance. wallpaper was peeling and there were several broken light bulbs throughout the unit. The refrigerator handle was filthy, and the coffee maker did not work, which was frustrating. I also found it odd that there wasn't a storage room for luggage after checkout, and the shower pressure left much to be desired. Overall, it felt more like a place that needs a lot of TLC than a well-maintained hotel.

Clean rooms and large space make for a comfortable stay. The decor is quite dated and could use some updates. There’s a full kitchen, which adds great convenience.

Enjoyed a spacious suite with a full kitchen and a fantastic view from the 12th floor, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff were exceptional, demonstrating great patience and kindness with my children at check-in. Unfortunately, the internet was slow during peak hours, making it challenging at times. The bed could use an update as it felt a bit aged, but overall, I was very comfortable and appreciated the clean environment and convenient location close to amenities.
