I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The staff provided exceptional service, making my birthday trip extra special. They surprised me with a delicious cake in my room and added thoughtful touches during dinner. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities were top-notch. The location was perfect, situated in a high-end district and offering easy access to the boardwalk surrounding Coal Harbor. The concierge, Ivonne, was incredibly helpful, providing great tips for exploring the city and assisting with rebooking cycle hire. The breakfast was delicious, and all the staff were friendly and attentive.

We had a very comfortable stay at Shangri-La and enjoyed the convenient location. The room was clean and well-maintained, with updated amenities. The gym was beautiful and we had a great workout there. The casual restaurant on-site served delicious food and added to our overall positive experience. we had a very good stay at this business hotel.

The room was on the smaller side and the bathroom was quite compact. Additionally, the building felt like a converted office building, and the subterranean parking level was not very welcoming.

I recently stayed at the Shangri-La in Vancouver for a week-long vacation. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. I was particularly impressed with the pillow service they offered, as they provided buckwheat pillows upon request, which was a thoughtful touch. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the rooms had beautiful views of the city. The hotel's downtown location was convenient for exploring the city, and there were plenty of amenities nearby, including a grocery store and wine shop. I had a perfect stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with well-maintained rooms and bathrooms. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a large balcony and modern amenities like electric blinds and a TV in the bathroom mirror. The location of the hotel, right next to the Robson Street shopping belt in downtown, was perfect for exploring the city. We also appreciated the helpful staff, especially Ivonne at the Concierge, who gave us great tips and assisted us with rebooking cycle hire.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

They were very friendly and attentive, and gave us great recommendations for things to do in the city. the location of the hotel was also perfect , it was within walking distance of all the major attractions and shops, so we didn't have to worry about transportation. Additionally, the room we stayed in was spacious and well, appointed, with a comfortable bed and a luxurious bathroom.

The internet at the hotel was quite slow, which was frustrating at times. Another downside was that the hotel had limited facilities, as it was an old building with not much space.
