The location was perfect, situated in a high-end district and offering easy access to the boardwalk surrounding Coal Harbor. The concierge, Ivonne, was incredibly helpful, providing great tips for exploring the city and assisting with rebooking cycle hire. The breakfast was delicious, and all the staff were friendly and attentive.

The gym was beautiful and we had a great workout there. The room was on the smaller side and the bathroom was quite compact. Additionally, the building felt like a converted office building, and the subterranean parking level was not very welcoming.

The mattresses were worn out and sagging, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. the pool was disappointingly small and seemed like an afterthought.

Comfortable and clean room with great view. Included valet parking and delicious breakfast. Very attentive and comfortable bed.

Additionally, the room we stayed in was spacious and well, appointed, with a comfortable bed and a luxurious bathroom.

The internet at the hotel was quite slow, which was frustrating at times. Another downside was that the hotel had limited facilities, as it was an old building with not much space.
