We loved the location of this place, on an old highway with easy access to the beach. The staff was great and provided excellent housekeeping and laundry services. The room amenities were fantastic, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities.

Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and quality stay.

Location was perfect, close to attractions. Our room was spotless and the bed was comfortable. The front desk sent maintenance quickly to fix our shower after we reported low pressure. The breakfast was decent, with a good variety. our experience at Best Western was enjoyable, and we would consider returning.

We had a fantastic time at Best Western in St. Augustine. Our stay was for three nights and we were visiting the area for leisure purposes. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, with a great selection of yogurt, fresh fruit, and berries. The room itself was clean and modern, with comfortable queen beds and a beautiful tiled walk-in shower. We even received a thoughtful goodie bag as a thank you for staying with them. The staff at the front desk were incredibly helpful, providing us with menus for local delivery options. The hotel also had easy access to both the old town and major highways. Highly recommend!

I had a fantastic time staying in this hotel! The hotel is located in a prime location, right in the heart of the action. It was so convenient to be able to walk everywhere from the hotel. The room was immaculate and well-maintained, with a beautiful view of the city. The bathroom was spacious and modern, making my stay extra comfortable. The staff was super friendly and went above and beyond to ensure that I had a great experience. The breakfast served every morning was heavenly, and I loved the variety of options available!

The parking situation was not ideal, and I had to resort to street parking on some occasions.

best western in st. augustine always exceeds my expectations. this recent stay was no exception. staff is friendly, helpful, always smiling. they even moved our room to be next to our daughter. breakfast is good, location is convenient.

Room service was rude sometimes.
