The cleanliness of the facility was impressive, and the room was extremely comfortable. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the two large hot tubs with different temperatures. The location was perfect, as it was close to the water slides and the airport, with shuttle service available. To compensate for the higher rate of the room, they even provided me with a voucher for breakfast for my family. The staff, particularly Lauren and Vivian, provided exceptional customer service.

The hotel is conveniently located close to major traffic arteries, making it easy to get around the city. It is also near the airport, perfect for those traveling by air. Surrounding attractions provide plenty of entertainment options for guests. The closest bus stop is just a short walk away and offers a direct route to the train station. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast with a wide variety of choices.

One small drawback is that the 2nd floor can be noisy due to its proximity to the pool and water slide entrance.

I absolutely loved the Sheraton Cavalier! The steakhouse was fantastic, outstanding meal and atmosphere. Staff were amazing. Also enjoyed the pub with great fish and chips and Rueben sandwich. The pool and waterslides were a hit for the kids, and the location was perfect for visiting the nearby Zoo. The Bistro for breakfast was appreciated, along with the comfortable beds, cleanliness, and convenient location for shopping and restaurants.

Felt totally relaxed, nothing was too much trouble.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The staff at this place were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The lobby was beautiful and the service was top-notch. The highlight for us was definitely the water park. With two slides, two heated pools, a kids pool, and two hot tubs, we had a blast! The hotel is also conveniently located near many restaurants.

My recent family trip to Sheraton Calgary was a great experience. The kids loved the pool and the beds were comfy. The staff were super friendly and knowledgeable. We appreciated the convenient location, free parking, and the on-site fitness facility. The Bistro served a delicious breakfast and we loved the starbucks coffee in the room. The bathroom was clean and the bed linens and pillows were high quality. Samantha at the front desk was amazing and our waiter at Carvers was awesome. a pleasant stay and we would gladly return.

One aspect that could be improved is the noise level in the morning due to the cleaning staff using walkie-talkie radios.

My family and I had a wonderful Thanksgiving break at this hotel. the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. We loved the fact that there were hand sanitizer dispensers everywhere, which made us feel safe during these times. the hot tubs and water park were amazing, providing endless fun for all ages. the beds were super comfy and we slept soundly each night. the full food and drink menu was a plus, and we especially enjoyed the complimentary breakfast buffet and the on-site food options.

The lack of a microwave in the room. It would have been nice to have one to heat up leftovers from our Thanksgiving feast.
