We stayed at Casual Raizes for a few nights after a terrible experience at another hotel. What a difference! The staff was friendly, the rooms were modern and clean, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. We loved the view from our room and the delicious breakfast. For the price, it was incredible value and we couldn't ask for more. Highly recommend this hotel.

Despite being new, the hotel had created an intimate and boutique-like atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Porto.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the heart of the city. The location is perfect, near the top end of the bustling shopping street and within walking distance of many popular attractions. The Metro station is also close by, making it convenient to explore the city. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast provided was delicious. We especially enjoyed dining in the lovely outdoor terrace. this hotel offered great cleanliness, facilities, location, breakfast, and staff.

A minor inconvenience was the lack of ventilation in the bathroom, requiring guests to open the door for airing.

Great location, close to all the major attractions and with plenty of food and retail choices nearby. The courtyard was also a nice spot to relax in the afternoons, and the staff were very friendly and helpful, even looking after my bags after I had checked out so I could get some last-minute shopping done.

The luggage storage system could be better, as the room where they keep it is unlocked and anyone could wander in. This made me nervous about leaving any valuable items in there.

The air-conditioned rooms were so comfy, I almost fell asleep during the tour. The buffet breakfast was a great way to start my day of exploring. The friendly staff at the concierge desk helped me navigate through my 24-hour stay.

It was such a shame that the nearest airport was too far away for a quick getaway.
