The staff at Sheraton Vancouver Airport went above and beyond during my stay. When I encountered a problem with my room's USB port, they promptly sent maintenance to fix it. They were helpful and attentive throughout my entire stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

The a la carte breakfast was superb , spacious room, comfortable bed, quick room service with great quality of food, well-appointed room, clean and well-lit bathroom with good quality towels and toiletries.

The location of this hotel is fantastic. It is conveniently situated across from the largest mall in the area, making shopping and dining options easily accessible. The staff at this venue are very attentive and friendly, providing excellent service. I was particularly impressed with the room service and dry cleaning services, which made my stay even more convenient. The free airport shuttle was also a great perk, making transportation to and from the airport hassle-free.
