The hotel staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious, well-decorated, and had a great seating area. The location was quiet and the view from the window was beautiful. The staff provided excellent service and the internet connection was fast. The car park was convenient and felt safe. a wonderful stay and we would definitely choose to stay here again.

The Sheraton Vancouver Guildford Hotel is located just outside the city, but public transport is easy to use, allowing easy access to major attractions. The hotel has a nice clean atmosphere and offers comfortable rooms with spacious bathrooms. The friendly and helpful staff provide excellent customer service, making guests feel at home. The hotel features a pool that both kids and adults can enjoy, and the USB chargers built into the furniture are a convenient touch.

One minor inconvenience is that outside food is not allowed in the MIXT restaurant.

We were pleasantly surprised to receive complimentary hot chocolate and cookies upon arrival. the mountain views from the room were breathtaking and added to our holiday experience.

Our stay was not without its downsides. the hotel's heating system was very loud, which made it difficult for us to sleep at night.

The hotel also had a great hot tub and pool, living up to Sheraton's reputation. The location was convenient, with a nearby mall and various centers within close proximity. Despite being a bit of a drive or train ride from the Vancouver Int'l Airport, the stunning views made it well worth it.

Although our stay was mostly fantastic, we did encounter a few minor issues. The hallway noise was occasionally disruptive, and having to pay a security deposit upfront was a bit inconvenient.

This place is well located close to a great shopping centre, which made my stay very enjoyable. The staff were great, the rooms were really comfortable with all the amenities I needed, and the room service was excellent. I particularly liked being able to hire a car, have my clothes dry cleaned, and enjoy the beautiful garden furniture in the sun on the terrace.
