The staff’s personal touch made our stay unforgettable, especially when Nicole and her team surprised us with a beautiful birthday celebration, complete with heartfelt decorations and a delicious cake.

Disappointment struck when I found my supposedly upgraded room with a limited view. Communication issues at check-in and unfulfilled expectations left a sour taste amidst the charming atmosphere.

Absolutely adored the location next to the Admiralty station! My room had a lovely view of the Peak, and the island gourmet was a fab little spot for a snack. Service was top-notch all around!

But oh dear, took ages to get my extra bed sorted! And don't even get me started on the missing Chinese tea—guess it went on holiday too!

The Grand Premier Peak View Room on the 52nd floor boasts breathtaking city views, while the breakfast buffet offers an impressive array of international and traditional dishes that are top-notch! !

Despite excellent service, the poolside experience fell short due to a lack of staff available to take orders, requiring guests to walk to the restaurant for assistance.

Absolutely braw experience! The staff were pure brilliant, especially a lass named Nicole who went above and beyond for our wee ones’ birthday. The themed family rooms were a hit! Only downside was the laundry took a wee bit longer than expected. Still, cannae wait to go back!

our stay at the shangri-la was fantastic! the themed family rooms on the 45th floor were a hit with the kids, especially the slides. the hideout area for families was super convenient, with fresh food, drinks, and a playroom for the little ones. Also, the hotel is conveniently located near a mall, supermarket, and mtr all under one roof. perfect for dodging the rain!

It was just a proper fit for a weekend respite in Hong Kong with value for money. The check-in staff went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed, even surprising us with a delicious cake for my wife's birthday. Be sure to try the breakfast. it has a great variety of options to kickstart your day!

I particularly liked the spacious rooms without flashy distractions. The vibe from the lobby was welcoming, and I found the surrounding area offered a variety of options for food and entertainment. I even got a neck and back massage after a long flight. Overall, a pleasant experience that stood out during my travels.

The location is perfect for visiting Ocean Park and Dragon's Back trail. The team was exceptional, especially in the Horizon Club with breakfast options. I loved the vibrant atmosphere at Pacific Place, right next to the hotel.

We faced a long wait for seating at breakfast one morning since it was full house. That was a bit of a letdown, but didn't ruin the fun overall.
